Stuck In The Letter Of The Word Than LIFE In The Spirit

Many of us are still operating in the letter of the law rather than the Spirit of the law. To operate in the letter of the law is like the Pharisees who were adept at each letter of the law but missed the spirit of the law. To be stuck in the letter of the law is to operate in words rather than in spirit of the law. The letter is just a guide to the deeper things of the Spirit. Many get confused by the letter because the letter is not the end but the way to something more. A child learns the letters and how the letters form a word. When he grows up he understands that the letter has meaning and purpose. It is the same with studying the word and knowing the meaning or spirit in the word. Jesus came to reveal the Father and He used words to illustrate the heart of the Father. However if we do not move on from the word to understand the Spirit behind it, we become like the Pharisee. This is to be stuck in the letter of the word. Many find themselves in this position and argue about the word and what it means rather than to be moved by the spirit of the word. Jesus is the Word and His word cannot be separated from Him. He came as the manifest word and when we receive His Word by faith we become like Him. This is to be filled with His Spirit.
We must read His Word and than meditate on His Word and allow His Spirit to enlighten us. Just like food must be digested before the vital ingredients can be absorbed and become part of the body. The Word must become life by His Spirit taking it up into our spirit and becoming life in us. Otherwise we will read or hear the word and it just remains a letter but no life. When Jesus spoke, His Word was received and faith arose and wonders and signs followed. So also when we speak His Word by faith it goes out and performs it, for which it was sent.

Knowing Him and Knowing About Him

To know Him is to love Him. Knowing about some one is different from Knowing the person. We know a lot about things and can talk about a lot of things. However knowing about someone is different from knowing the person. I may know a lot about the Queen but have never met her or lived with her. One is a knowing through second hand knowledge, the other is a intimate relationship. I can know God through the scriptures but never know Him. The born again experience is a shift from knowing about God to knowing Him as a person. The person of the Holy Spirit now comes to reside within me while previously He was outside me wanting to come in. I could have a palace but never lived in it or a palace where I live in. I could be a man with many properties but never lived in one. The same principle applies to knowing God and knowing Him. This is a big difference. Many people know about God but have never met Him. Jesus came to reveal the Father so that we may get to know Him.
True knowing is a personal and intimate relationship. I have a intimate relationship with Jesus and His Holy Spirit resides in me. Now I live in intimate relationship with Him. He speaks to me and through me. I therefore have the confidence to share His love and life with others. I no longer share about God but share Him with others. This is why Paul in Phillipians 3:10 states that his goal in life was to know Him, His resurrection power and fellowship of His sufferings. You too can know Him in this way and live a life of abundance. Jesus came to give us abundant life through His resurrection power. Let Him live through you His life and be transformed into His image.

Deception

Satan is called the deceiver and father of lies. He can appear as the angel of light and trap you into a form of godliness. We were born as spirit beings and therefore there is a longing in each of us to connect with God. However we are not aware that this spiritual search can take us into dark areas. Satan is also called the god of this world. Deception, lies and false truth is his strategy to fool the masses. We can easily fall into his trap when we seek for spiritual answers. This is why there are so many ways to god. This is a lie of the devil. He will try and question everything that is the truth. In the garden of Eden he tried to question whether God actually say that the fruit was forbidden. He sows doubt in our mind and compromises the truth. There is no such thing as absolute truth and therefore truth can be manipulated. However the God of the Bible proclaims absolute truth. His truth is not compromised. We need to know the God of absolute truth otherwise we will also be deceived like Adam and Eve. God has given us His written Word which we believe is the absolute truth. We can challenge every lie of the devil if we know His truth.
Jesus came to reveal the truth by stating that He is the Truth. When we receive Him who is the Truth than we live in the Truth. Every other way is a deception and a lie. The world will not accept this and will reject it by calling it divisive and heretical. We need to choose. Jesus never compromised on the truth. He came as the Truth to reveal the Truth so that those who believe in Him can have eternal life. This was the life before sin entered the human race. Now you too can have eternal life as you reject the lies and receive the Truth, JESUS.

Fear Free, Faith Filled Living

Victorious living is available to all who are prepared to live a surrendered life with Jesus. Jesus called us to follow Him. He did not leave us alone but sent His Holy Spirit to follow Him. This is a divine exchange that occurred on the Cross when He sacrificed His life so that we could obtain His life in exchange. He proved this by rising to life after 3 days in the grave. Now He has ascended to heaven and wants us to be like Him on earth. His life on earth was fulfilled through his death and resurrection. Now He is able to defeat all His enemies for He defeated death itself. When we receive Him we receive all He has when he walked on earth. He resides in us through His Spirit. What a divine exchange this is. He has baptised us in His Spirit and we can now operate in the nine gifts and fruits of His Spirit. Our flesh was crucified with Him on the Cross. We receive His death and resurrection through faith. All the gifts and fruits of the Spirit are received through faith. He promised to be with us always. Now we need to step out in faith and be transformed into His image. With some it will take years but for others it could happen in a twinkling of an eye. It all depends on our preparedness to surrender daily to Him. Not I but Christ.
1John 2:27 says that He will reveal all things to us because He lives in us. We don’t need to run to this teacher and another for He will be our teacher. Learn to listen to Him. Come into your real identity in Him. You will never be the same again for now you are led by His Spirit. Enjoy fear free living.

Why Do We Not See More Healing In The West

We hear of signs and wonders in the East but not many stories in the West comparatively. Why is this so? Many have gone on missions to the East and come back with stories of miraculous healing. In the West on the other hand we hear of sporadic healing but very few miracles. God is not limited by time yet miracles appear more in the East. Is this something to do with our mental set? In the East people are more in tune with the spirit world and appear more prepared to expect the miraculous. This is deeply ingrained in their psyche. In the West we tend to rationalise everything and through this process debunk any possibility beyond what we see and hear and touch. Do we need a mental shift to entertain the miraculous? If this is true than we need to set aside our rational mind and simply believe. Smith Wigglesworth used to emphasise the importance of simply believing. He saw many miracles in his day. Believe is trust. Can we trust God to come through for us and not doubt? Maybe this is what is preventing us seeing more miracles in the West. Our mind has interfered with seeing with our spiritual eyes the deep things God has prepared for us.
How do we shift in our thinking to believe rather than doubt? Ask the Holy Spirit to enlighten our mind so that we set our rational faculty aside and learn to trust. God says that whoever comes to Him must believe and trust. We must take the risk despite all the objections of our rational mind. Mind interference is the cause for a lot of our problems. When we think critically and objectify happenings we try and understand with our mind. We need to sense and operate from our heart to see miracles. This is what it means to be filled in the Spirit and walk in the Spirit. Do as the Spirit leads and think about it later.

Death Results In Life

This is a contradiction in terms but the truth is that death resulted in life. Jesus died and this resulted in resurrection life. A seed must fall on the ground and die before it can give life. A seed that refuses to die will not give life. Jesus said that I must die to my self, take up my cross and follow Him. There is no life without death. Jesus knew that our major battle is with our flesh. The only answer to victory over the flesh is death. However this is not a one time event. Death to the flesh is a daily walk of crucifixion to the flesh. Death to the flesh is the only way to life in the Spirit. God knew that it was impossible for man to die to his flesh. Therefore He sent Jesus to die for us. His death now makes it easy for us to die to the flesh because He rose again. It is His life that enables us to overcome the flesh. The Cross alone was not sufficient to overcome evil. It is His resurrection from the dead that made it possible for Him to enable us to live. He gave His life that we may come to life.
This is the good news of the gospel. To many it was bad news because they saw Him die. But three days later He overcame death by rising from the grave. Now our hope is not in the Cross but in the resurrection. If Jesus had not risen than our faith is as good as dead. His resurrection is what makes His death meaningful and real. Deny yourself, take up your cross and follow Him. Only death to self is key to resurrection life. I identify with His death and resurrection by faith. Hallelujah what a salvation.

Faith Is Like Finding A Parking Space Every Time

Faith is a spiritual gift that operates in realms unseen to bring into the realms of the seen. Faith is the evidence of things not seen. How does one operationalise faith? We talk a lot about having faith in God and to just trust and not doubt. These sometimes appears vague and difficult to understand. Faith is trust, is hope and is evidence. However it is difficult to operate in faith when we have been brought up to operate in what we see. Seeing is believing. However we don"t need faith if we can see. God operates in the unseen realms. God is Spirit. We therefore need to trust Him for things. Abraham believed God. The Bible is full of stories of how people obtained things from God and overcame through faith. Faith therefore is essential path to commune with God. We have all been given a measure of faith. According to your faith be it unto you. There are times when the gift of faith is in operation to work miracles. Without faith we cannot please God. All who come to God must come by faith.We can grow in faith. Therefore faith can be seen as a fruit of the Spirit.
I have faith for car parking space. The same faith that led me to Jesus needs to be exercised for all other needs. I need to exercise faith when I pray for healing. Once I see people healed than my faith increases to see more healing. It is like a skill that needs to be developed. The more we practice the greater the results. Step out today and practice operating in faith for needs in yourself and in others and see God come through in signs and wonders. God loves to answer and will respond to faith. Some say faith is spelt as RISK. We need to take the risk and be bold. Happy faith adventures to you.

Ministry Of Angels

Angels are ministering spirits. They were created to help the saints in fulfilling their mission. Angels surround us and help us. They are waiting for our command to do what we need to accomplish. Angels complain that they are bored because His people are not aware of their help. We need to look to angels to help us in all situations. They are our helpers in the spirit world. When we intercede for others we can send the angels to deliver the answers to our prayers. When we are discouraged we can ask the angels to come and comfort us. The ministry of angels is vital to the life of the believer and for the church.Send healing angels to minister to the sick. Our ministry is a spiritual ministry and we need sprit helpers to accomplish them. When we rely on our own strength than we become tired and discouraged. God has provided us with helpers to accomplish His work.
There have been many instances when I have escaped danger because of angels. Situations which were dangerous and incidents that would have been disastrous were avoided because of angels. Angels need to be acknowledged in their help. When we realise the benefit of ministering with them we become more reliant on them. Call on them to help you in every situation. They are sent to help the saints. Imagine a servant always ready to serve. So also are angels to us. They need to be employed. Why do we neglect the ministry of angels? We do so because of the lack of knowledge. Just as the Holy Spirit is our Helper so also are the angels. Today call on them to help you. See the difference in your daily walk. See how signs and wonders will follow you as you seek their help in your ministry.

Fear Is In Your Mind

In the garden of Eden when sin entered the human race, fear was the result of sin. Adam and Eve hid themselves from God. Ever since than Satan has used fear as a major weapon against us. Where there is fear there will be torment. When fear controls you than everything else becomes subject to it. You see the evidence of fear in every walk of life from the individual to the family to the community. Fear also dominates churches. Fear is the cause of a lot of controlling behaviours. Power battles are the basis for a lot of grief and turmoil amongst relationships. Once fear is overcome it will be replaced by peace. Lot of the peace we talk about is just a compromise. There is no peace unless fear can be overcome. The answer to fear is faith.

Jesus came to deliver us from the demon of fear. His resurrection power enables us to overcome fear through faith in His resurrection power. The Cross served a death blow to Satan and His resurrection from the dead was the final weapon. Where there is no resurrection only fear and death prevail. People can die of fear. However every weapon the devil forms against us can be overcome by faith in the finished work of Jesus on the Cross.There is no other solution to fear than what was accomplished on the Cross. The first Adam succumbed to temptation. The second Adam{Jesus} reversed this curse. Now all we have to do is to receive this finished work by faith by putting our trust in Him. Tap into this power and be set free today. Every other problem or struggle can be overcome easily when fear is vanquished. His promises are yes and amen. He will never disappoint. Today is your day of salvation.

3 Way Communication

Most of us think that communication is a two way process but when the Holy Spirit is our partner it becomes a three way process. Jesus spoke what He saw and heard His Father saying and doing. In the same way we too need to be listening and doing what the Holy Spirit is prompting us to do. This brings our communication to a new level. He will show you what to say and do. This is a walk of faith when you have to rely on Him for everything. This means to walk in His fulness all the time. What profound words flowed from Jesus mouth as He spoke. Even the rabbis in His day were astounded by the wisdom and knowledge He possessed.This same wisdom and knowledge is available to us today.
Jesus came to fulfil His commission to bring a people to Himself, His body on earth. He gave His own Spirit so that we are never alone. As we walk with Him and talk with Him we become like Him. What a holy transaction   and transference occurs. All provision has been made. All we need to do is to receive by faith His promises. This is the abundant life He gives. He is our Master and we become His servants. We live to represent Him on earth as HE is in heaven. We do not have to work and labour but rest and be. We are not robots as we need to be actively participating with Him. In this way we will grow to be like Him. We will experience victory and success in all our endeavours. There will be opposition but nothing can stand against our God. What a life, what a destiny to those who are being called into His Kingdom. Come and be filled and overcome for His Name sake.

To Know Him Is To Love Him

To really know a person is the key to intimacy. When I know a person I accept the person for who he or she is. There is no judgement involved but total acceptance. This is the way God accepts me. He knew me before I was born. He knows my weaknesses and sins. Yet He loves me unconditionally. It is this love that draws me to Him and keeps me in the straight and narrow way. God is love. To know Him in this way is a profound knowledge that goes beyond head knowledge. To know Him intimately is to appreciate the deep things of God. God is above us and He is our Creator. There is no one like Him. Yet He makes Himself known to us. It is His Spirit that communes with us and makes us know that we are His. This kind of knowing is what sets us apart from others who know a lot about God.This is why the devil is able to oppress many because he knows that they don't know Him. To know Him is to love Him.
Jesus came to reveal the Father. Now we know Him as our Father in heaven. This is intimacy. Once we know Him we become like Him. Jesus waked in intimate relationship with His Father. God wants us to have this kind of relationship with Him. When we hear His voice everything else fades into oblivion. This is the ultimate purpose for His people that they may know their God. This intimate union results in the overthrow of the kingdom of Satan. He can't touch you because of such a strong bond with the Father.Trust Him to reveal Himself to you personally. You will never be the same again. Thank you Jesus for revealing the Father and making us one with you.

Spirit To Spirit Communication

There are different forms of communication. We communicate verbally and non verbally as humans with each other. There is emotional communication which touches our emotions. There is also spirit to spirit communication. Man is a tripartite being, body, soul and spirit. We therefore can communicate through these 3 dimensions. Sometimes we get confused because our communication lines are not in sync. This leads to misunderstandings. When one communicates verbally and another non verbally or emotionally then there is a miscommunication. The art of communication is to be able to communicate in the same dimension or channel. Many are able to communicate verbally but they miss the emotional cues of the other. When communication is purely intellectual than it becomes rather clinical and dry. When communication is purely emotional it becomes irrational as logic is absent. However God is Spirit and we need to tune into the spirit to be able to hear Him and operate in the gifts of the Spirit.
God has given us His Holy Spirit so that we can know Him and communicate with Him. We will be able to discern His voice from other voices. His Spirit within us communicates with our spirit to assure us of His presence in us.  When we pray in tongues we communicate at a spirit level with God. This is a quick way to enter into the spirit realm and be spirit minded. When we communicate with others in the spirit then our spirits get excited. Jesus communicated with other's spirit to spirit. Their eyes were opened to see and believe. We too have the capacity and ability to do the same. Man's spirit longs for this kind of communication but sadly even in churches the communication is largely soulish. It appeals to the emotions and the intellect. Ask God to fill you with His Spirit and walk in His Spirit.

Passion For Souls

The one desire that drives me is a passion for souls. This is the time for harvest of souls for Kingdom of God. God has released a fresh mandate to the church to press in for souls. There is no greater commission than this. Souls for the Kingdom means more are rescued from an eternity in hell. Hell is as real as heaven. We are irresponsible if we do not heed the call. Many have become tired and lazy. The fires are a reminder that the end is nigh. This is a prelude to the final show down as Satan nears his final destiny. He will unleash the might of his force on earth to take as many as he can to hell with him. The people of God need to rise up to stand against him. Pray while it is still day and see souls delivered from the enemy's grip. Many are bound and slaves to addictions and worldly pleasures. There is only one who can save them and His name is Jesus. The message is clear and simple. Come all who are weary and heavy burdened and I will give you rest.
Jesus is the only answer. There is no other way to the Father but through Him. The world will promise other ways but there is no other way. Jesus came from the Father to show us the way to Him. This is why He could say I am the Way, the Truth and the Life. He is the pearl of great price. Come to Him today. Receive Him as your Lord and Saviour today. Your life is safe in Him and you are destined for heaven. Come by faith as He cannot be bought. His salvation is free. He is available to all of any religious or non religious persuasions. This is why He is the only way.

Demonic Infestation

Many struggle in their minds to overcome weaknesses and obsessions. These conflicts sometimes appear to be personal but they are really demonic infestations. Sexual lusts and attractions are a major area of conflict especially for men. When these conflicts are personalised it becomes a struggle to change. This leads to internal conflicts and guilt and shame follow. We become victims of our own conflicts. Temptations are real but this is not sin. To sin is to give in to the temptation. The devil works through our mind to confuse us and to blame us for our unwanted desires. Once he has a foothold he sends his demons to occupy that place in our soul. This is demonic infestation. No amount of counselling can get the demon out. It is only deliverance that can expel the demons out. Once the demon is expelled then it is easier to fight the temptation. The blood of Jesus is able to expel any demonic infestation. Apply His blood to the areas of your life that you struggle in.
Jesus overcame the devil with His word. He quoted the Word as the Word has power from heaven. Heavenly power can expel and resist every word or thought sent against you. Demonic infestation is a major problem for many especially christians. This is the way the devil tears down a person and makes them a victim. Jesus came to make us victors not victims. His power is available to all who will call on His Name. They overcame him through the word of their testimony and the blood. What you confess will be a weapon that will destroy the works of the enemy. Claim the power of the wonder woking blood of Jesus. His living blood has power to overcome every disease and attack like no other. Today be set free in Jesus Name.

You Are A New Creation In Christ Jesus

Jesus came in the flesh. He carried the God gene in Him but also the human gene through Mary. He had the same potential in Him to sin as you and I. Yet He did not sin. The God gene in Him was able to overcome every temptation to sin. He did this till He was crucified on the Cross for you and for me. His death on the Cross paid the penalty for sin. Now the devil, world and the flesh has no more dominion over you. The power of sin was cancelled. Sin works through the devil, world and the fallen flesh. Christ’s sacrifice like a lamb sacrificed cancelled the power of sin and cleansed us from all sin. This is the power of the blood of Jesus. His sacrifice now has power to continuously cleanse us from all sin as He lives. He not only died but he rose again so that we could experience His life in us. His resurrection life enables us to live like Him. He made us new and planted His seed in us. His Holy Spirit resides in us just as He did in Jesus. It is through His presence in us that we can overcome temptation as He did. All we need to do is live a surrendered life like He did.
What an exchange this is. His life implanted in us. His seed from heaven implanted in us so that now we have His gene in us.His Spirit in us is the key to victory. Jesus never was sick. He was troubled, tempted and opposed. He suffered much but never gave into temptation. He confronted the devil with the Word of God. He operated in the gifts of the Spirit. He went through every temptation and challenge known to man to redeem man from it. Now he has deposited this gene in us to enable us to do the same. What a salvation, what a redemption, what a life.

Are You Operating IN The Normal Zone Or Miraculous?

We are all operating in a zone and your life is limited or unlimited depending on how you live. Jesus came to give us abundant life. This life of abundance is like how He lived when He walked on earth. He now resides in heaven having accomplished what He had to do on earth. We too can live that life because He purchased it for us on the Cross. We can choose to live like He did or operate in the limited life of natural man. He came to give us eternal life. This life has no beginning and no end. Living His life on earth is only possible in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit was sent to help us to experience the abundant life He promised. This life cannot be bought. It has to be received by faith. You were born again when you received Jesus as your Lord and Saviour. The same way you are baptised in the Holy Spirit when you are filled in Him by faith. Now He is your life and He will lead you to all things new. The old has passed away.You are a new creation in Him. What a divine exchange this is.
Operating in the Holy Spirit is to operate in the miraculous. We can choose to walk according to the flesh or the Spirit. In the Spirit a whole new realm of reality is opened up to us. Jesus walked as He saw and heard what His Father was doing. We too can operate by seeng and hearing in the Spirit. This is an elevated life. No more operating in human terms but in the Spirit. Which life would you choose? God is calling us to operate in the Spirit for this is the life without burden or stress. He carries us. Choose this life today.

Jesus ministry was always from the heart. Many minister from the head. Head knowledge is information while heart knowledge leads to transformation.

Many do not understand the revelation hidden in Jesus’ words. Many took what He said literally when He said the temple will be torn down and rebuilt in three days (Matthew 26:61). When one thinks and communicates knowledge it results in information and head knowledge. Revelation, communicating with the heart, is received at a heart level. We are all spirit beings and our spirit will only receive as spirit communicates with spirit.

The art of heart communication

The art of communicating to the heart means to be operating in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit will gives us the words and images to communicate from the heart to other’s hearts. This is why it is so important to be filled by the Holy Spirit and to overflow in Him. He is able to express Himself through us as we surrender to His leading and prompting. Signs and wonders follow those who minister in partnership with the Holy Spirit.

A true test of heart ministry is the manifestation of signs and wonders. Jesus spoke and signs followed Him. He turned water into wine. He raised the dead and gave sight to the blind. Another true test of ministry is transformation. When lives are transformed then you know that the Holy Spirit is ministering through the believer.

Choosing the better thing

Knowledge is good, but information only changes thinking. We can be filled with knowledge, but until it becomes heart knowledge it remains at the head level. Some ministries are sadly built on information sharing. Many Christians continue to struggle to live a victorious life, but remain unchanged. The blind cannot continue to lead the blind. The Church needs the transforming power of the Holy Spirit.

Let’s not be content with operating in our heads, but enter into His promises of abundance now!

Your conscience is the part of your mind that determines what is right and wrong. We were born in sin. And therefore, we are aware of what is good and evil. This is the part of us that is created in the image of God. We are therefore able to know what is good for us and what is bad for us. However, through life experience and upbringing, our conscience can be seared. The traumas and hurts in life can alter our conscience. Some have experienced severe abuse and rejection and their conscience has become dull. Unforgiveness can also deaden our conscience. Jesus came to set the captive free; he did so on the Cross. And we are those captives he came for – captive to our sinful natures.

The Cross Holds The Solution

Jesus, through His death on the Cross, came with the solution. His death on the Cross paid the price for our redemption from the curse and power of sin. His death resulted in our conscience becoming alive to the need for salvation. This is the Gospel in a nutshell. We become sin conscious and therefore our conscience convicts us of our sin. The Bible states that we were dead in our sins. It is our responsibility to make His salvation known both to the Jew and the Gentile. We have all sinned and come short of the glory of God.

Sharing Jesus With Others

Our destiny is to share in God’s glory. This is how God planned it from the beginning. However, sin entered our lives through the fall of man, but God’s redemption plan was to send Jesus to die for us. His death served to reverse the course of our lives and redeem us from eternal death. Praise God for His eternal plan of salvation. Our conscience can now help us in our daily walk to choose what is right and good. There is no other way a man can be saved but through the Cross!

I challenge you to share your salvation through Jesus with someone today. Open someone else’s eyes and heart to God’s redemptive power, His love, and His glory.

From Walking By Sight To Walking By Faith

Shift in operating in the Spirit

God’s word states that those who come to Him must walk by faith and not by sight. Yet most of us walk by sight after we have received salvation by faith. Walking by faith is a challenge for us because we are so used to walking by sight.

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” (2 Corinthians 5:7)

God is Spirit and He calls us to trust in Him and not in our own might. He has done so for our own good for He wants to carry our burdens. We like to think that we can do it on our own which has been the problem of mankind from the beginning. Satan wanted to do it on his own and as sinners, that is our natural inclination. Walking by faith is a journey of trust. The more we trust God, the more we will let go and let God.

Trust Level

This is a lesson I am learning after 50 years of walking with Him. My trust levels have increased and so has my faith level. Now I am looking for opportunities to trust Him rather than my own strength. Even in ordinary experiences of asking for a free car parking space, I exercise my faith. In this way I get courage to ask for bigger things and expect answers. This is so exciting! It is easy to slip back to walking in the flesh when challenges increase yet this is the way the Lord trains us to walk by faith.

“For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith for faith, as it is written, “The righteous shall live by faith.” (Romans 1:17)

Abraham walked by faith and there are many examples in the Bible of saints who walked by faith and reaped immense rewards. Saints in the present are also called to walk by faith and not trust in their own strength. I trust that many will shift the focus from self to God on their journey of faith. Burdens carried by many will be lifted as they let go and let God carry their burdens.

“If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.” (Galatians 5:25)

The Mystery Of Jesus, Both God And Man

Jesus, although God, restricted Himself to live as man connected to God

Jesus is God and man. While on earth He operated as a man and as God. He is the Son of God. Yet He took on the characteristics of man created in God’s imageHe went through the whole process of creation from conception to birth except that He was conceived in the womb of a virgin. He grew up as a child and went through all the developmental phases. He experienced all the trials and temptations faced by man. His divine nature was active from the beginning and He was imbued with power after His baptism by John the Baptist. Jesus had to spend many hours in prayer to commune with His Father in heaven and draw strength to face His daily battles. He was fully God and fully man. He overcame through His divine nature. He experienced the sinful nature of man but did not sin. He suffered and died a physical death but rose again. In His resurrected body He could move around without the physical limitations of His earthly body. He performed miracles in His physical body through His divine nature.

We also who are born again of the Spirit have a divine nature because His Spirit now lives in us. We too can operate the same way Jesus did, now that we have His new nature within us. We are a new creation in Christ Jesus. We also have a dual nature or personality. We also can operate as Jesus did in our divine nature. We too can perform miracles as Jesus did through His Spirit. What a divine transaction! Now all we need to do is surrender to His will and allow Him to grow in us. We too need to develop our spiritual nature till we attain to the fullness of manhood as Christ did. Only through the fullness of His Spirit is this possible.

Walking On Water

Over the past 2 years I have been on a journey of having to defend my communications on social media after a gay activist reported me to my medical board.The board investigated the complaint and placed 24 conditions on my registration. I challenged these conditions through my defence union and the conditions were reduced to 5. I was not satisfied with the reduced conditions as there was no evidence that my views expressed on social media were implemented in my practice in psychiatry. I appealed the conditions and a hearing date was set for a hearing before a tribunal. Meanwhile all the conditions were stayed and therefore I could continue to practice freely.I decided to retire from practice 6 months ago but wanted to continue with the appeal to support freedom of speech. My defence union withdrew its support as they felt they had done as much as they could to achieve a good outcome. I decided to represent myself at the tribunal. The Australian Christian Lobby were prepared to support me but could not afford to pay for a barrister, and I was not willing to bear the expensive cost either. During this period,many from the medical and justice systems who would have never read my blogs were forced to read them. I was prepared to be thrown into the lion's den, confident that their mouths would be shut and the  court room would be filled with His presence. This never eventuated as I cancelled the proceedings after I was told that I had to pay a hefty fee before the hearing. This did not matter now since I had already retired from practice 6 months ago. Through this journey I have learnt that God has used my voice to influence many who would never have read my blogs that are mainly a reflection of my daily thoughts on my spiritual journey. The whole experience has challenged me to "walk on water" and see God come through on each step of my journey.

YOUR SPIRIT HOUSES THE HOLY SPIRIT

Just as your body houses your spirit so also your spirit houses the Holy Spirit. You are a spirit on a earthly journey. Your body is just a house and operates through your senses. Your spirit is in tune with God and communicates with God. Your body senses His presence around you and within you. To be made in God's image is to be born in the spirit with God-like characteristics. This is why limiting your potential to what you can physically comprehend is limiting your true potential. God in you is limitless. When you grasp this your body will respond in like manner. You will be transformed accordingly. You will be able to achieve more than you can think or imagine. Your spirit will begin to control all your thinking and actions. Nothing will be impossible for you when God is in it. This is how man was able to achieve much through little. This is how man will continue to achieve more than is imaginable in the future. Enlarge your vision as there are no limits to what you can achieve in Him. Boundaries are only there to limit you. There are no boundaries in God. God is limitless. Therefore when you operate in the Spirit you become like God. You operate in His strength and might. The kingdom of God is within you. This means that the King reigns in you. All that belongs to Him belongs to you. Believe this and see His kingdom be established on earth as it is in heaven.

YOU WILL TRANSMIT THE SPIRIT THAT POSSESSES YOU

WHATEVER SPIRIT POSSESSES YOU WILL BE EXPERIENCED BY THOSE WHO COME IN CONTACT WITH YOU. IF IT IS A SPIRIT OF LOVE THEN LOVE WILL BE TRANSMITTED. IF IT IS A SPIRIT OF JEALOUSY THAN JEALOUSY WILL BE TRANSFERRED. BE CAREFUL TO BE FILLED WITH HIS SPIRIT SO THAT YOU WILL ALWAYS TRANSMIT HIS SPIRIT TO OTHERS.
AT THE CROSS THE DEVIL WAS DEFEATED AND RENDERED POWERLESS. NOW WE CAN CHOOSE TO WALK IN THE FLESH OR IN THE SPIRIT. WALKING IN THE FLESH WILL OPEN YOU UP TO THE SINS OF THE FLESH. WALKING IN THE SPIRIT WILL OPEN YOU UP TO THE FRUITS OF THESPIRIT LIKE LOVE, JOY, PEACE. BY FAITH POSITION YOURSELF AS DEAD IN CHRIST TO THE WORKS OF THE FLESH AND BE FILLED WITH HIS SPIRIT. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO LIVE A VICTORIOUS LIFE IN CHRIST. HIS SPIRIT WILL FILL YOU WITH ALL YOU NEED TO STAND WHEN ALL ELSE FAILS. HE IS OUR ONLY HOPE FOR ETERNAL LIFE. LIVE LIFE TO THE FULL TODAY..

TERRORISM IN YOUR MIND

Terrorism is a fear word that raises the emotion of fear in many. Terrorism aims to spread terror and those who have experienced it suffer for years from the after effects of an attack. However few realise that terror invades our minds daily and yet we ignore its effects. The fear thoughts we have plague our minds and paralyse some. We don't want to talk about it because it will sound weak. Negative thoughts become a habit and keep us awake at night and disrupt our sleep. This then leads to other ailments of the body and mind. Many sicknesses are due to negative thoughts about self or others. It is easier to talk about terror attacks that occur outside the mind than in the mind. What is outside is more objective and is more distant from self. Acts of terrorism begin in the mind through programming and identifying an external enemy. It is easier to attack a perceived enemy than one who is within. Many ideologies have the same impact. Self is protected by blaming another. Putting another down is an age old technique of putting one up called upmanship. Once we identify the enemy within then it is easier to make changes and be at peace. A lot of wars start at this level of thinking. Many defend themselves against an enemy but fail to see that their real enemy is within them. The key to healing is in addressing the fear within and the perceived threat from outside will diminish rapidly. 

LUSTS

The lust for life is a driver in many areas of our life. This can get us into difficulties because it is centred on a desire to fulfill the lusts of the flesh. The bible talks about the lusts of the flesh in negative terms like the lusts of the eyes and the pride of life. Yet this is the area that many of us struggle in. What is driven by lust is carnal and needs to be crucified for it does not glorify God. The lust for sex drives sexual attractions. It maybe covered up as love but the driver is usually a strong sexual drive. Many times when the goal is achieved the lust reveals its true colours. Lust drives you and controls you. Love on the other hand always thinks of the other. It is never self centred. The only remedy for lust is death. No compromise will be effective. No amount of counselling can quell the power of lust. Fasting is one way to crucify the lust till it is rendered powerless. Jesus will help you overcome your lusts as you surrender to His control. Surrender is a position of trust. Obedience follows surrender. To obey is to trust that He will do what He promises to do. Addictions are driven by lust for food or sex or any other desire that is wholly self satisfying. Fast and pray till you have control over it. 

GROW YOUR GARDEN

The Kingdom of God is within you. The King resides in you. God's address is in you. You therefore have all the resources of  heaven in you to grow His Kingdom within you. The more you grow the greater will be your influence around you. The shift of focus needs to be from out there to in you. As long as your attention is focussed on things or people outside you to stimulate and grow you, you are more vulnerable to change and decay. The shift of focus must be from the outside to within you. This does not mean that you should stop looking to outside influences but rather you must focus on God's resources within you. This will enable you to grow strong and be an influence rather then be influenced. This is how the Kingdom of God will grow around you. Be an influencer for God. We all need to stand on our own two feet but also be part of His body. This way we will all do our part in being His body on earth.

FREE INVITATION

   Invite people to come into the Kingdom of God for this is a gift for eternity. God lives in eternity and those who live in Him are safe and secure. People need this security. In these days of fake news and uncertainty security is a priority. Money will appear to provide you with security but a sudden illness or accident could shatter your world into pieces. The only secure place is in God. Jesus came to give us eternal life and this is a gift to all who will receive Him and His finished work on the Cross.  Jesus rose again to prove that He is able to do what He said He would. Without the resurrection His death was in vain. However because He lives we have hope for tomorrow and for eternity. Come this Easter and receive the King of Kings and Lord of Lords into your life. 

IDEOLOGICAL DIFFERENCES

We have all been programmed over years to believe in one ideology or another. There are many ideologies and when we get hooked into only one way then problems arise. In this fallen world man can think and come up with theories that explain the reason for existence. This can vary from democracy to fascism and the many shades of grey in between. All these theories or ideologies tend to keep God out of the equation. This is man trying to live without God. Some believe in God but adopt a worldly ideology. This is the way systems are created by man and these systems change over time. There is no perfect system. Republicans will choose their own judges and so will democrats. The bias is built into the system. Judges are biased. We try to create a system which is as close to the truth but worldly systems are always biased. We are biased by our own beliefs. Beliefs are so powerful because they are what forms our identity. Therefore do not think that we are able to have a smooth sailing as at every turn you will face opposition. Jesus faced opposition although he was talking of a heavenly kingdom. The truth is somewhere in the middle and so welcome opposition for it means you are noticed.  God finally determines our destiny and so in Him you are safe and secure. No threat or trial is able to overcome you as long as you are centred in Him.

EXPLOSION

The time has come for an explosion in your ministry. God is taking you to a new place of power and glory. He will provide you with the skills and strategies to solve problems and bring break throughs. He will reveal to you fore knowledge so you know before hand what is to happen. You will wait on Him and be led by the Spirit. This is a new dimension of walk which is a promotion into the realms of the Spirit. You will be amazed by the revelations and intuitions that are from another world, the spirit world. This the time when the church has to move into supernatural realms to overcome. The usual mode of operation in the flesh is not sufficient to overcome the enemy. This is a war and not a battle. A war requires an upgrade in knowledge and strategy. I will reveal this to you and the enemy will be overcome before they know it. Therefore be prepared for a new dimension in your walk and talk as you are imbued with power from on high. Wait on the Lord for instructions and then move forward. The Angels will go before you to prepare the way. Selah.

CAN I BE A MUSLIM, HINDHU OR OF ANY RELIGION AND STILL FOLLOW JESUS?

Religion is a system of rules and orders that followers adhere to as a way of worship to their God. Jesus came to show a new way out of religion to a way of Life. He said He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Therefore it is possible to belong to a religious order and still follow Him. Most of us are born into a family and adopt the religion of our family. We are born muslim, Hindu or Christian . Now we have to choose to follow Jesus. Even a Christian can be a non believer. Just because one is born into a Christian family does not make one a Jesus follower. One needs to come to a place where conviction of sin and need of a Saviour is revealed. This revelation is a spiritual awakening to all who seek the way of salvation. We are saved from sin and its power to a new life born from above. We were born into this world of corruptible seed. We are born again of incorruptible seed. This means that we inherit eternal life. No man can rob us of this life. God keeps us in this life for eternity. This life is of His Son Jesus who came in the form of sinless man and died to save us from our sin. Sin and death, the result of sin, was defeated once and for all by His resurrection from the dead. Yes therefore you are not defined by your religion but by the life of Jesus in you.

DEATH PRODUCES LIFE

This is a paradox but true. Jesus died that I may have life. This is only possible because He rose from the dead. He had to die first before He could defeat death. He rose and His resurrection has purchased  His life for me. Now I can live His life on earth if I choose to identify with His death and resurrection life. This is a life of heaven on earth. This is what He calls abundant life. A life powered by heaven and producing life on earth. This life is available to all as He came to die for all. However we have to choose this offer of life. We can choose death or life. I have chosen life and that eternal life now. This means that I have immortal life now. Death is defeated and fear of death is banished. Fear of death is what causes death and decay. All of creation is waiting for the revealing of the sons of God. When we choose to die with Him then all creation rejoices for we bring life. All creation includes vegetation and animals and even inanimate things. We are all basically made out of energy and take a form depending on our creation. We are all affecting each other for good or evil. When we become aware of this then our consciousness of others rises and we realise our purpose is to bring His life to all creation. This is how the whole of creation becomes one and God's Kingdom is established on earth as it is in heaven. What a life, what a destiny.

Guidelines for moral living

The Bible is God's guideline for right living. God provided for us the rules for right living. When we live according to His word then we reap the fruit of right living. When we choose to ignore His word then we reap the results of our rebellion. In this age where morality is relative we have drifted away from His laws for right living and what we see is the fruit, lawlessness, sexual immorality and gender confusion, lust and depravation. God allows this just as He did with Sodom and Gomorrah and see what happened there. The end is self destruction. We see this in increasing self destruction through the use of drugs and suicide and self harm. These are warning signs that our lives are out of sync and we have lost direction without God and His word guiding us. When man chooses to follow his own wisdom than he reaps the results of his choices. God has given us a choice and we can choose to follow Him or disobey. Now in this PC generation anything is allowable and there are no guidelines to follow other than our own whim. We will reap what we sow. Therefore don't be surprised at the anarchy and chaos that follows. Let us return to the Bible and listen to His voice and follow Him.

MENTAL BLOCKAGES

Our minds will limit us in many ways if we allow it to be boxed in. We need guidelines to keep us in check. Just like rules they keep us boxed in to help us function. However these rules could also limit us from being creative and exploring spheres beyond those rules. This could be a limitation that prevents us from receiving because we are scared of the  unknown. Learning to sky dive is a new experience and quite frightening. However we take the risk to experience what others have assured us is safe. Till we do it we never know what the experience is. This can be applied in other areas of life where we have to operate beyond known rules. Faith is sometimes spelt risk. We have to believe and if we have mental blockages than we will find it difficult to believe. We will not see till we believe. This means we have to take a step into the unknown to experience the supernatural. Many will stop at this point and go no further. It is like a road block. The only way is to go back to our usual mode of operation. Once the block is removed by stepping out in faith then the miracle will happen. Our mind sometimes is the main hindrance to experiencing true deliverance from our prisons. These self made prisons keep us from experiencing the more of God. Relax and let go and let God take over and be free and experience what God has promised in His Word.

TRUTH DIVIDES

 Truth is truth and is in a person, Jesus Christ. Everything else is fake news. Truth therefore divides as there are many who don't believe in Jesus.  Jesus said that many will be divided because of Him. Father against wife, son against father etc. Why does this happen? In a world of compromises people desire peace but peace never comes through compromise. Why not? Because in compromise there is a drift away from truth. Jesus was clear when he mentioned that the goats have to be separated from the sheep. Goats but, sheep follow. The buts of this world will never accept the truth because they have too many buts. Jesus said if you follow me I will lead you to quiet waters. That is the peace He promises. Only in Him is there eternal peace. Therefore in Him only will there be eternal peace.
 Everything which is a compromise never lasts for it is based on a compromised foundation. Jesus is the Rock of all ages and the foundation He provides never moves. Truth is the same yesterday, today and forever . Those who put their trust in Him will know the truth and the Truth will set them free.

FAITH IS EVIDENCE

Faith is the substance of things hope for, the assurance of things not seen. Faith is evidence. Like signs and wonders following the preaching of the word. When I speak in faith I can expect to see the evidence. If this is in the physical realm than physical evidence. If the emotional or mental realm than  evidence of  freedom or release in this realm. If in the spiritual realm than evidence like speaking in tongues or deliverance. Expect evidence to follow your faith journey. Do not settle for anything less. In the anointing  you can expect evidence. Faith must be seen. Faith is not blind. The Jews expected to see a sign. Many are looking for evidence of our faith. This generation is so visual that they will not believe unless they see. God is revealing Himself in many ways especially in the Muslim world. Having visions and dreams is a sign. Therefore look for evidence of your faith. If it is physical healing expect to see evidence. If it is financial than expect to see financial supply being met. If it is emotional than expect to see freedom from emotional bondage. God is responding to your faith so expect much and much will be revealed.

WHEN TRUTH BECOMES FAKE NEWS AND VICE VERSA

We live in an age and what we knew as truth is being broadcasted as fake news. Once we knew what was right and wrong. Now it seems wrong is right. What were truths like created in the image of God as male and female are now being challenged as gender fluidity is preached as the truth. What was seen as holy sacraments of marriage and fidelity before marriage is seen as outmoded and stupid. It is ok to lie because it is politically correct and hide the truth because we should be inclusive and not exclusive. PC is the new norm. If I call a person fat it is abusive and not kosher. Black is white and white is black in this new world of tolerance at any cost. Therefore educational institutions have to comply with the new lingo or perish. Where will all this end but in moral and spiritual Armageddon. God is kept out of the equation in life because all we are is we see. What about the world of spirits and angels and the signs and wonders that occur daily in life? No that's all for people who are dumb and uneducated in this new world. Perish the thought that we have compartmentalised life so we are blinkered in our vision and only see the part and not the whole. So as the blind lead the blind we follow the music of the piper to death not having lived a life of fullness in God. Just in the days of Noah have we become hypnotised to oblivion and at what cost. Repent and be transformed before it is too late for God to have mercy and change our hearts to walk in His ways before it is too late.

ARE YOU PREPARED TO DIE FOR CHRIST.?

When you have come to the place that you are prepared to die for Christ, than you have truly experienced true freedom from the flesh and all it's desires. Jesus said anyone who desires to follow me must take up his cross and follow Him. Taking up his cross is to be prepared to die daily to all that  is of self, greed, pride, envy, lust, sloth etc. This is the only way to live in victory. Death means no desires can tempt you to sin. A dead man is dead to his senses. He is awakened to his spiritual senses. Now one can spend less time worrying about the cares of this world and be totally absorbed in the cares of His Kingdom. God has called us to be disciples not just followers. A disciple is disciplined daily to choose His way rather than my way. This means bowing down to trust and obey the Master in following His way. What a privelege and blessing to be called sons of God. You are now a priest and king in His Kingdom. Now you are able to call on Him and He will answer  swiftly. Nothing is withheld from him who will answer His call. What appears to be silence is working for you for a greater blessing. Come now and take up your cross and follow Him.

WALKING IN THE SPIRIT OR WALKING IN THE FLESH

God has given us His own Spirit  that we are now able to walk in the Spirit. This is the way Jesus walked on earth. He spent time with His Father and did what He saw and heard his Father doing. This is the way He wants us to walk. In the flesh we will feel impotent and helpless but in the Spirit we will feel strong. The more we walk in the Spirt the less will be the pull of the flesh. The flesh is our default mode. We will always switch to this mode but than we need to submit to Him and walk in the Spirit. This is a journey and as we choose to walk in the Spirit, He will enable us to do so. Rome was not built in a day so also we are continuously changed into His likeness as we walk in the Spirit. Jesus has given us His Spirit to dwell in our spirit. This is the new way He opened up for us after He rose from the dead and ascended to heaven. Now we can have His thoughts and feelings and this changes everything. What appeared impossible becomes possible in the Spirit. Life takes on a new dimension as you are no longer seeing things according to the flesh but according to the Spirit. What appeared as reality now bows to a new reality, the reality of the Spirit. This is supernatural living. There is limitless supply of everything in the Spirit. Many labour in the flesh and get burnt out. In the Spirit you are always living in abundance. Come Lord Jesus and fill me with your abundant life.

ONLY BELIEVE

Only believe is the key to tapping into the resources in heaven. Believe is a active word. We have to activate our faith through believing. I can passively believe something but it never results in the fruit of our belief. Fruit comes through actively believing that what we believe will be. This is the earthing of our faith. This is the substance of things not seen. We have to see in the spirit to receive the things of the spirit. We cannot receive by believing with our heads. It requires a shift from our head to our heart. This means that we need to set our critical faculty aside and begin to tap into our intuition. This is the deep knowledge of knowing that is beyond thinking. We think with our head . We believe with our heart. Jesus always addressed the issues of our heart. When we believe in our heart than we bring the kingdom of heaven to earth. All we need is available as all was finished at the Cross. Our physical, mental and spiritual needs were all finished at the Cross. Now we need to access them through heart belief.Praying in tongues enables you to shift from your head to your heart. All the gifts and fruits of the Spirit are released to you as you walk in the spirit.

HEART THINKING

God created us and His Spirit lives in our heart. However we have been trained to think with our head and not our heart. Thinking in our head is analytical thinking. It is a process of analysing the pros and cons before coming to a conclusion. Thinking in our hearts is intuitional. The heart does not analyse. It just does. God speaks to us through our spirit. He is Spirit and He communicates His thoughts and feelings to our spirit. This may come in the form of dreams and visions or revelations. Our mind is than enlightened and we come to a new understanding. This kind of knowledge is different from the knowledge we gain from books or other sources of information. Heart  knowledge heals the soul. We can receive some healing through head knowledge but it is limited. Heart knowledge is revelational that heals the roots and sets the captive free. When we begin to communicate at a heart level a whole new world opens up before us. Once we were blind and now we see from a new dimension. It is like seeing a flower and describing its characteristics but failing to appreciate the beauty within it. It is a aha experience that brings about transformation and this is a heart experience and not a head experience. Love is the language of the heart and not the head. The head tries to understand love but the heart feels it. When one communicates at a head level with another who communicates at a heart level there will be misunderstanding and miscommunication. Heart to heart communication brings life to a relationship. God chose to communicate to us through our heart for He wants a relationship with us. Once we begin to communicate with our hearts than our relationship with Him and others begins to take a new course. Love is a fruit of the Spirit and the characteristics of love are peace, joy, patience, kindness, goodness, gentlemess, faithfulness and self control.

TIME

Time is a fact. Time became a fact when death became a reality. When God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in it, He created them in eternal time. This means there was no beginning or end. With the fall time became fixed and so all creation is limited in it's existence and will age and die. Creation was ageless and timeless. Death began its work from birth. This means that we all age and will die. Our bodies are limited by time but our spirit lives for ever. Jesus came to reverse this trend and superseded time by His resurrection from the dead. He faced death and defeated it. Now we too can enjoy eternal life. The sting of death has been cancelled. Time has become eternal again. Our bodies will be changed into new bodies like Jesus after His resurrection. What a wonderful news to broadcast from the roof tops. Because He lives we have hope for tomorrow. No illness or disease can rob us of this eternal life. This life operates now and so we can live this life like as if we are in heaven. Transformation occurs as we live in Him and for Him.This is to walk in the supernatural.

OPERATING IN THE MIND OF GOD

To operate in the mind of God means to know God's mind on all matters. How is this possible unless we have a intimate relationship with God. A husband and wife or close intimate friends know how the other thinks. This is the same with God. When we walk in intimacy with Him He will reveal His mind to us. He has revealed His mind to us in the scriptures. This is His love letter to us. When we read and meditate on His word we become familiar with the mind of God. He operates in the Spirit. The spirit mind is different from our mind. The spirit mind operates in love and holiness. Our minds have been  adulterated by the world we live in. This is why we need to pray in tongues to cleanse our minds and be in tune with His mind. He will reveal His mind to us and than we will know what to do and when to do it. This means waiting on God till we know His mind. He will .reveal His mind on a matter whenever we seek Him. In this way we become like Him in thought, word and deed. What a relationship we have with our Heavenly Father . Jesus only did what He saw His Father doing. Let us yearn to walk like Him.

PRAYING IN TONGUES CLEANSES YOUR THOUGHT LIFE

 Your thoughts are the key to your walk. When you have control of your thoughts than you have victory in your walk. Thoughts are like seeds and when they are watered they become a plant bearing fruits of it's kind. Therefore you need to watch your thoughts as the enemy can also sow seeds of his kind and deceive you. Thoughts that are negative and lies are bound to cause disorder and disease. These are fruits that will manifest in your body. Angry thoughts will produce disorders like peptic ulcer and arthritis. Many cancers are linked to unforgiveness. Unforgiveness arises from hurts that have been marinated over time and they manifest as physical and mental disorders. Everything that happens inside you will manifest itself. Good thoughts will produce good fruit, health and vitality. The eternal word of God will produce good fruit. You can judge a tree by its fruit. Therefore watch your thoughts. One way to cleanse your thoughts and have victory over negative thoughts is to pray in tongues. The Spirit prays through you and cleanses your thoughts and gives you His thoughts. Pray continuously for this is His command to you. Let your subconscious pray in tongues and your conscious thoughts will become renewed and you will be transformed by the renewal of your mind.

UNITY

God has united in one Spirit with you. This unity in the Spirit is similar to the one Jesus had when He walked on earth. In unity you have access to all the gifts and fruits of the Spirit. The Father and Son are united in the Spirit and lives in you. What a combination of the God head. Now it is your will that needs to be submitted to His will to abide in Him. Jesus said not my will but thine be done. This should be the attitude of your heart. The flesh will not give in easily and this is where the battle is in your mind. The devil and the flesh will conspire to dethrone His place in your life as Lord. You must fix your mind in Him. It is easy to overcome the flesh and the devil when you are united in Spirit with Him. When the flesh rears its ugly head submit to His will. All the resources of heaven are open to you. Bind the works of the evil one. Your perceptions change and you become like Him on earth as He is in heaven. The King is in residence in your heart. Therefore live like a king but have the attitude of a servant. A servant heart will always look out for your neighbour. Jesus came to serve and give His life for mankind. Abide in Him and be a overcomer.
