DOES GOD REALLY CARE?

I am a God who cares. Many think I don't care for my creation because of all the pain and suffering they see around them. I am not a God who causes suffering although I may allow it for a season. Sickness and disease and pain and suffering are not present in heaven. There was no such thing in the garden of Eden. It is since the Fall that all this entered into life on earth. Why do I allow it you ask? Sin is real and the consequences of sin are pain and suffering. This can be due to your own sin or the sin of others. You are part of the whole. What affects one part affects others. You have to think beyond your self to understand the effects of sin. Sin does visit the third and fourth generations as a consequence of the sin of your forefathers. However I have made a way of escape. My Son died for sin and became sin that you may live. This does not mean a pain free living on earth. You can expect and receive healing but the delays could be due to various factors beyond your consciousness. Believe in My word and not what you feel and see. Believe in My word that says you are healed , releases His healing power to heal. Do not doubt My word. Only believe. Then one day it will happen and it will be as if it never happened.

SEPARATED TO LIVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT

God has chosen you to live life in His Spirit. This is an abundant life available to all who will separate themselves to be possessed by Him. There is no division in Him. He is all or nothing. Separation from the world and attachment to Him is the only way to live an abundant life. This world and all it's cares will pass away. The destruction that you see around you is the work of the devil. You can judge what is of God and what is of the devil by the simple test of love. Love serves, gives and forgives. The devil takes, uses and abuses. The destructive forces in this world only show who is the god of the world. You belong to the Kingdom of heaven and not of earth. God is God of the whole world but He has given man authority to rule on earth. Man has chosen to follow the god of this world by serving his selfish ways then to serve God. However there is a remnant that serves God. These are the chosen ones who light the world of darkness. These are the ones separated unto God to serve Him. He is coming soon and the world does not know Him. Go and save those who are lost. You don't know who is in and who is out. Only God knows this. You are called to share His Good news and draw those caught up in the devil's web and rescue then from hell.

DON'T DESPAIR

Don’t despair I am being changed from within so that I can be a light. The darkness covering my soul will lift as I stay in the spirit. See how the Lord will open doors. For too long I have been satisfied in staying in the dark - not confronting and facing my fears and weaknesses. If I am to change then the wall that I have built around me has to be broken down. Your failures are part of the process. You can either withdraw or break out. This is your choice. Break out. You have been anaesthetised to a false sense of security through your job and position and wealth. You have not been living. For living is to experience life in all its’ fullness. Books, knowledge etc. - talk about life but this is not living - living is the day to day experience of acting on what you know. It is so easy to be detached from all that is going on around you. It is only when you are connected to others, when you make yourself vulnerable to others that you become real. This is what I am doing in you. I am calling you out of the nest you are in. I have a treasure within you that is bursting to come out but the walls have kept you in. Mere knowledge blocks you in. The soul is missing. So don’t despair but trust in Me. I have brought you and given you the desires of your heart. I want more for you than what you have now. Just move forward in faith - one day at a time. Your failures will be the stepping stones to a new place of liberty. For the failures will remind you of the fact that nothing is assured in this life. All that you have can disappear in a moment. Only faith and trust in God will last forever. So don’t despair. The angels are around you. The Father will lead you. The Holy Spirit will comfort you. Do not be distracted. Just live each day to the full. See how He will change your mourning into dancing. Only the Spirit can do this. It’s during these times that you are being moulded to be the person God wants you to be. The walk of faith will bring many challenges but none will be too hard for you. You are loved - this is the strongest, most solid experience that you have - the love of God so encapsulates you. Nothing is possible to break this. So bask in His love. He is strong for you. Be strong in Him. Go where the Spirit leads you. Go in His strength and in His mighty power. He has led you this far - now move forward. Don’t let the forces that come against you defeat you. Press on. Keep your face firmly fixed on the goal. Exams, trials, temptations have no power over you. You are blessed - so stay fixed. It is this tenacity - this confidence that will see you through. Don’t compare yourself with others. Remain fixed. Seek to grow. This is risky living - but you can because He who is in you is greater then he who is outside you, so put your faith and trust in Him. Hallelujah what a Saviour. So Lord I will trust in You. You are leading me on a different path. I know You are. I will follow - for You want me to be free to do what I want and not be boxed in by the system. Excerpt from Prisons of our mind and the road to freedom.

GOD IS IN CONTROL ALL THE TIME

You may think that you are in control of your life and circumstances. However this is a delusion. You cannot control anything but your own thoughts. We live is a fallen world and bad things do happen to good people. So you may think you don't deserve this happening but God knows what is good for you. He allows bad things to happen to achieve His ultimate purpose. He can sow thoughts into you to enable you to overcome in all situations. He knows the end from the beginning. You only know what is now and no more. What happens in the next second is beyond your control. Why do we fool ourselves daily by worrying about things that have not happened? We imagine the worst scenarios because fear keeps us from believing that God is in control. Fear and worry paralyse us. They are all to do with what we think. When we surrender all to Him then we allow Him to take control.Now it is His responsibility to take care of us. God always provides and protects when we surrender all to Him. This is the best place to be. Therefore stop fooling yourself and rest in His arms.

LOVE IIS THE GREATEST FORCE ON EARTH

God is love. We are called to represent Him on earth. We must love like He loves. We cannot do it by ourselves for we were born in sin. Only the love of God in us can love. The Holy Spirit came to endow us with love. Love is the hallmark of a Christ follower. Love is the chief character quality of a Christian. What is love? Love is action that thinks of the other first and I last. Whenever I am thinking of what is in it for me, then I am not walking in love but selfishness. This is the spirit of the world which has also infiltrated His church. Where there is this spirit,there will be discord and every kind of fleshly desire like jealousy, pride and envy. Jesus humbled Himself and went to the Cross. Humility is another characteristic of a Christ follower. Not I but Christ. We are to follow Jesus in these attributes and everything else follows from these two. How much do we see this in Christ followers today? No wonder the world is not moved to follow Him. We must cry out to God to fill us with His love and humility and not rest till we are filled. Love is the greatest force on earth to turn the heart of a sinner to a saint.

EGO PROBLEMS

The ego is the self that is the conscious part of us and conducts our daily life. It decides what we will do and what we will not do. The ego is self centred and only thinks in terms of what is good for me.When the ego is bombarded by the lower self then it is driven by emotions that seek to overwhelm it by basic desires. These desires are controlled by the ego and superego which is our conscience. In a drunken state we have less control over our lower nature. Our lower nature wants to always exert its way over us and sometimes wins. We give into it in a moment of distraction and then regret our behaviour later. The only way to control our lower nature is through identification with the Cross. A crucified life is dead to the pressures from our lower self. We must practice this death daily to be victorious. There are so many temptations to give in to our lower nature but only a surrendered life can walk a spirit filled life. Today crucify your flesh and live a victorious life in Christ.

CANCER IS AN ILLUSION

Cancer is an illusion! What! This cannot be true. When Jesus walked on earth He treated all disease and disorder as an illusion. He healed all who came to Him. He was able to do this because He was sinless. Sin produces sickness and disease. Jesus came to reveal the true nature of man in his original state without sin. If this is true then all illness is an illusion. We suffer it only because we are still in our sinful body. The body suffers the effects of sin. Cancer is a symptom and not the disease. Jesus came to set us free from the power of sin. Therefore in Him we are free from the power of sin. Sin has no more dominion over us. We are therefore free from sickness and disease. Yet this is not what we see. We see that sickness and disease still affects those who have been redeemed. This is so because even though we have been redeemed we still walk according to the flesh which is sinful. In the Spirit we are free from sickness and disease. Therefore in the spirit we are whole. He carried upon Himself all our diseases and nailed it to the tree. Now all we have to do is live in the reality of this truth. He said we were healed( past tense). If we therefore still feel the symptoms, they are illusory. An illusion is a false perception of the real. Jesus therefore spoke to the real person and delivered those burdened with disease and treated their disease as an illusion. The blind saw, the lame walked and leper was healed. You too can enjoy freedom from illness and disease when you treat them as mere illusions rather then reality.

Living in the overflow

The Lord is able to do much more then you can ask or think. He lives in you by His Spirit. You are inHim and He is in you. You are one with Him. This is a glorious truth and you need to believe in this truth and accept it. When you live in this knowledge then things begin to happen beyond all expectations. Now you operate seated in heavenly places in Christ. This is the most holy place . Here there is no sin and the Tempter has no access to this place. Jesus is the only one who can save you. Salvation is more then going to heaven. Salvation is life in the fourth dimension. This is the place of signs and wonders. This is living life in the overflow. Few yearn or desire to live this life. You have been called to live this life. Come and be encouraged and live like a king.

HE IS RISEN

Christ is risen. Hallelujah. Because He lives I have hope for tomorrow. He is the only reason for my purpose in living today. Nothing else satisfies me then living for Him. Hr is my breath and my love. Without Him life is meaningless. He gives me hope and purpose. He energises me and provides for me. Without Him I am nothing. With Him I have everything. Now all I have to do is live in worship to Him who gave Himself for me. I will advertise His greatness for He is the best. What else will give me greater pleasure then to see others being filled with His love, joy and peace. I will praise Him till the end of my days.

TRUTH VS FACTS

God has said and He confirms His word with signs in the heavens and on earth. He is the God of all creation and so is in control of all things animate and inanimate. Our puny minds cannot understand the vastness and intelligence behind what we see in creation. We can only stand in wonder and behold the beauty of all creation. The Creator does not have to answer to His creation. We think we can understand everything but only God knows the truth. We may have the facts but truth is beyond facts. Truth is what it is, truth. It is based on facts but facts are only about the truth and not the truth. We may know facts about a person but yet not know the person. This is the difference between truth and facts. Man is satisfied with the facts but he fails to know the truth and therefore is blind as a bat. Bats can't see in the light only in darkness. We too are blind and need the truth to set us free not just the facts. Jesus said He is the truth, the way and life.Break through comes as we receive the truth and break through into higher realms of faith and see the manifestation of His Kingdom on earth.

VICTORY OVER THE FLESH

The flesh is weak and powerless in the presence of the Spirit. The Spirit is able to overcome all fleshly weakness. The flesh cannot be changed. All you can do is manage its desires and impulses. The flesh can be destructive and this is why you see its works in life. The Spirit is able to overcome the flesh because He is in you. His Spirit in you is your hope of glory. The Holy Spirit is the initial deposit of what is to come. In Him you have a eternal hope. He is the One who can help you in your weakness. The message of the gospel is simple. Jesus is His Name and He has overcome all things for you on the Cross. This is the message of salvation that needs to be preached today. No other message is necessary. From the beginning this is the way that was designed for salvation. God's plan has not changed. Today look to Jesus and be victorious.

MAN's QUEST FOR POWER

Man is fraught with challenges that dog him all his life. He can choose to live in his strength or My strength. I am here and I am available to all. All who call on Me will be saved. Many call on Me because they know I am for them. Like a mother I yearn for each child that calls on Me. I am Father to all and yearn for all to come to me. Pride keeps man from coming to Me and calling on Me. I am a shepherd and I tend my sheep. My sheep depend on Me. I am always looking out for you. Therefore never take your eyes off Me. When you get distracted then step back and look up to Me . It is in looking up to Me that results in your power with Me. I will share My power with those who look to Me. My power is measureless. You need power from on high to break through to liberty.

SUCCESS IS IN THE PROESS NOT THE OUTCOME

The road to success is in the running and not the outcome. The outcome will always be a stepping stone to the next stage on the road of life. The road of life goes through many twists and turns and this is part of life. It is never a straight road. The road is always rough and to manoeuvre through those hurdles is the essence of life. Life is to be lived and not just to exist. To exist is not life. Life is a constant road of changes. The change can be tough and dangerous but it is in the overcoming that you get the thrill of living. A life that does not face challenges is not worth living. To live is to breathe and be live. There are many dead people walking. They live a life of mediocrity. They escape from challenges. They re satisfied with the minimum. This is not living but dying in the present. Living is a movement that takes on the challenges of life and in the overcoming is the life worth living. Be a overcomer today and live.

WALKING IN THE LETTER OR THE SPIRIT OF THE LETTER

There is a big difference between walking in the letter of the word or the spirit of the word. The difference is as large as walking on earth or flying. To walk in the letter is to be obsessed with every dot and cross of the letter. To walk in the spirit is to fly in the spirit girded by the word of God. To be letter bound is earthly. To be spirit bound is heavenly. If you desire to walk in the spirit then be prepared to fly. For in the spirit you are no more bound by the laws of gravity. To be in the letter is to be bound by that letter. In the spirit you are free to be. Many are bound by the word and can't see the wood for the trees. Their life is so taken up by the letter that everything is according to the letter. There is no room to breathe for the spirit is squashed by the letter. This is the danger when man decides to live by the letter rather then the spirit of the letter. Jesus came to set us free from this obsession with the law. He gave us His Spirit that we may now live according to the Spirit and not according to the demands of the flesh. Be filled in the Spirit and walk in the Spirit today.

GOD IS

The power of God will see you to a new place and a new season. His Spirit lives in you and His presence in you will enlarge your world to embrace the lost and the forgotten. He is merciful to those who have nothing and are poor and hungry. His heart yearns for hose who hunger after righteousness. Hallelujah for The Lord lives and reigns. God is searching for those who hunger for something more. He desires to fill their lives with abundance because He fills the empty vessels. Only He can fill the empty places because He is all in all. He is worth everything because He is the Creator God who created you for a purpose. His purpose is to fill everything that cries for Him. Be filled with His presence and live.

HE LIVES IN YOU

The Holy Spirit lives in you. God is with you and in you. He works through you. When you have God in you then all the answers for your needs are in you. So why worry and seek for answers outside when the answer is in you. His presence in you is what makes the difference between you and the other. People need God but they don't really alive that He is near and will come in and dwell in them. We are spirit beings and our search for meaning will not end till we acknowledge Him. When you pray know that your prayers are answered because He lives in you and He is the answer to your prayers. This awareness of His presence in you will transform your world and you will become a victor rather then a victim. You will become a giver rather then a receiver. You give out of His riches in you.

HARMONY

God and man in fellowship is what God had ordained from the beginning. This is the same state that He desires for all His creatures big and small. There is harmony when the creature and the Creator live in harmony. In the Garden of Eden there was harmony till the serpent came and invaded the place. This upset the harmony and led to the fall of man.Ever since then there has been strife between the man and the woman and between them and God.Blame is the name of the game. No one wins in this game and all we do is go round in circles.These are circles of despair, disillusionment and self destruction. There is no end to this and this is why God sent His Son to deliver us from this mess. The mess we are in is the result of our own making. God will help us get out of our mess if we allow Him to. There is no other way to live but in Him. So come today and make peace with Him.

LIFE NOW AND FOREVER

Man was created to worship God and walk in His ways. Yet this is exactly what he has not done. Man has chosen to walk in his own ways and reaped the rewards. The rewards have been dismal. Man has only himself to blame for the fruits of his labour are futile. Death stares him in the face daily. With the fall came death and there is only One that can save us from death. He came to reverse the effects of the fall on all humanity by dying in our place. Now we have a hope of eternal life in Him forever. This life is from the Spirit. A spiritual man lives and breathes the spirit and does not walk according to the flesh. The flesh is reckoned dead as he now breathes the spirit of life. This is the work of the Spirit of Christ in you. Now walk in the spirit and do not give into the ways of the flesh.

HEART vs HEAD

Operating from the heart is different from operating from the head. Heart operation is to intuit in the spirit and walk by the Spirit. This is different from the logical approach of the head. The head analyses while the heart intuits. To intuit is to use your senses and your inner sense to understand and discern people and situations. It is a different kind of wisdom to that which comes from the head. The heart feels and therefore emotions are aroused and sometimes these can be uncontrollable and unconsolable. Take a break and let your head now process the information and get your emotions under control. Feelings are good because they make you human and vulnerable. However emotions can lead you to make decisions that plunge you into a irreversible path. Always let your head guide you but let your heart connect with others. A well balanced mind knows the difference. Your life will be more balanced when you let your head guide your heart.

ABIDE IN ME

Jesus said that if I abide in you and you abide in me then you can ask anything and I will grant it to you ( john 15:7). This is so powerful that we can ask anything and He will grant it to us! All I have to do is let Him abide in me and let His words abide in me. How foolish we are not to heed His call. The Creator of the world wants to abide in us. Imagine that. He does abide in us because we have asked Him to. Yet He chose us and called us to be His own. Now we can ask anything in His Name. Is anything too hard for The Lord? No nothing is impossible to Him and to him who believes in Him. Therefore let us abide in Him for it is this union that leads to answered prayer. It is not just the prayer but the union with Him that results in answers. This is the key to answered prayer, our union with Him.

ASK AND RECEIVE

God is at work in you and He will complete His work. All you have to do is to rest in His presence. Resting is not work. To rest is to be in His presence in constant communion with Him. Ask and you will receive.When you ask believe that you will receive what you ask for.God is a generous giver and He will give freely who did not spare His own son for you. This is the God we worship. He is a Father and He delights in His children . You are never alone because He is always with you and lives in you. His purpose is to bring many into His kingdom of righteousness, peace and joy. His everlasting Kingdom will one day be seen on earth as it is in heaven. Rejoice and be glad that your name is written in heaven.

FULL OF FAITH, FULL OF POWER

Who would desire to operate like Stephen in Acts 6 who was full of faith and full of power. He served God and signs and wonders followed him everywhere. These are the days when we need to move in that fullness to move the world to God. We have compromised with the world and in this process lost our influence. We need to stand back and see how we can regain what we have lost through compromise. The devil's strategy is for us to compromise with the world. The world is going to hell and we need to gather as many as possible into His Kingdom. The only way is to be filled in Him.The Holy Spirit will fill us and we can operate in the supernatural. Come brethren and let us pursue Godliness for in this is our salvation and the salvation of the world.

GOD'S TRANSFORMING WORD

Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word of God. God's word is like manna to the soul. Without His word people die of hunger. Hunger for His word is a sign of health. His word nourishes your soul like food nourishes your body. His word is a light to my path and a guide to my life. His written word needs to become His rhema word before faith can take hold of the promises that dwell in it. His written word is like any other word till it transforms you from within. It is His rhema word that has power to transform . It is when the heart is affected that change occurs. Mere intellectual accent does nothing to the heart. A heart that receives His word is transformed and lives are changed. This is how the Spirit works through His word. You hear the word and the spirit then transforms it to His rhema word which then changes lives and situations. You can speak to the mountain and it will move.

FAITH IS THE KEY THAT OPENS DOORS

Faith is the door to all the provision God has for you. A man who knows God knows how to unlock the doors to His riches. Faith enters through the door and takes what it expects from God. There is no other way to reach God then through faith. God is always available as the Keeper of your soul never sleeps. He is waiting for you to come by faith and to ask that you may receive. What is stopping you from asking? Doubt is the enemy that robs you of your inheritance. Cancel doubt by believing in the said word of God. The written word becomes the now word when you exercise faith in it. His word is fulfilled in Christ and therefore what He says is done. Now tap into His riches and you will never lack anything.

GOD LOVES YOU

Whosoever calls on the Name of The Lord will be saved. Call on The Lord in the day of trouble and He will answer you. He is more near you then you think. He is closer to you then a brother. He bought you with a price, His very own life. What mother who lays down her life for her child will reject the child? He is the lover of your soul. In Him you have what you need to live a righteous and holy life. He has given you His own Spirit who dwells within you. Nothing in this world can compare with His love and care for you.

GOD'S WAY OF LIVING

God sets the pace and we just follow. This is the new way of living. The old was based on us doing and keeping the law. Now God has sent His Spirit that we may just follow Him. He does the work in us. We just follow. This the perfect union between God and man. We look to Him to do His will. We have abandoned our old ways and follow the new way. Jesus said He is the way, the Truth and the life. We want to follow Him because He is the leader and author of our faith. He bought us with His own blood and saved us from our sin. His way is the only way because He knew we could not please the Father by doing good. Our goodness is like filthy rags. God established a new way, the way of the Cross. All who believe will be saved.

LET GO AND LET GOD

God has a purpose in everything. He is purposed in His plans for you. I need to be mindful of His plans. His plans are good for me. I need to know how to flow with His plans. I can plan but finally God decides what will come to pass when I commit my plans to Him. We are here to fulfil His plans. We were born to do His will . We pray this everyday Your will be done yet we do our own thing. Why pray Your will be done if that is not what we really mean? We think we know it all but really we don't. Our days are in His hands and all our plans will be brought to nought if we think we are in control. None of us are in control. Man desires to be in control only to be faced with changes in weather that sends tsunamis and earthquakes to remind man that God is in control. These reminders serve to lead us back to God. Commit all to Him and be mindful of Him in your daily walk. Life becomes so much more enjoyable when we let go and let God.

TOTAL COMMITMENT

God expects 100 percent commitment and nothing less. The devil will take opportunity to attack any bit that remains secret or uncommitted to Him. It is for our safety that we need to acknowledge His Lordship in all areas of our life. Many are weak and sick due to the lack of total commitment to Him. The Holy Spirit will help you in your commitment. We cannot do this by ourselves as the flesh is too weak to handle the offences the evil one sends our way. Total commitment will result in total power over the evil one and his works. Come beloved and give all to Him for this is the way to live an abundant life. In these days we need the full power of God to live victorious life. He will not withhold His power to those who give their all.

LEAVING AND CLEAVING

It is difficult to leave and to cleave for individuals from close families. This is because what has been developed over the years from childhood is programmed into the hard wiring and anything different is experienced as alien. People who are distant from their families will find it easier to leave but cleaving becomes difficult because of their difficult childhood experiences. There are strengths and weaknesses in each but the strength of a close relationship with families of origin usually trumps the other because of the inner security from families of origin. Finally the individuals involved will have to make their own home with the resources they have. There is no value in blaming each other for what is being built is the future and not the past. The only way forward is to look up and forward and never backward. The only way to live life is in forward gear.

PRAYER

What a friend we have in Jesus all our sins and grieves to bear. What a privelege to carry everything to God in prayer. Prayer is the vehicle for communion and answers to prayer. Prayer is the way to God and the way to receive from God. God is our Master and in Him we have all things we need to do what He commands us to do. He will not allow us to bear more then we can carry. He carries all our cares and burdens and in Him we are safe. He is our burden bearer. In Him we breathe and move and have our being. Words cannot express the magnitude of His work in our lives to prepare us for what is to come. He will come and save all those who are in Him. He has marked us as present in Him. We feel His presence and in Him we are sanctified and glorified.

GOODNESS

God is work in you to desire and to do. God 's work is a new work each day. You are His hands and feet. You represent Him on earth as He represents you in heaven. Each day look for opportunities to serve Him. Consciousness of His presence in you will enable you to do things beyond your abilities and expectations. This is how you prove that God is alive in you and project His presence to others. God's work is a good work and He will bring to pass all things in His time. Time is not a limitation for God. God operates by faith and He responds to your faith in Him. God is good and He loves to respond to your faith. Pray at all times for this will prepare you for the opportunities that will come to you. You will attract good when you are in God. Goodness is part of Godliness. In God all is good. He perfects those who are in Him. Now lavish His love on others for there is no limit to His love. Never operate in the flesh which is limited by your senses. Always operate in the spirit.

MERCY AND GRACE

Mercy and grace triumphed at the Cross. Jesus wore these on His mission on earth. He was merciful to us sinners and gracious as He saved us from our good works. Man was designed for worship and not for works. The law demanded good works but God knew that our good works were like filthy rags. There was no way any man could attain salvation through good works. All our good works are but to please our own conscience. The mercy and grace of God achieved what no man could do and God gave it as a gift. Salvation now is free but it cost Him much. Today receive His gift of salvation and live.

WORSHIP

Man was made for worship. God created man to worship Him. Why does God need to be worshiped? The Creator created you to worship in spirit and in truth. When I worship God I give Him the honour due to Him. God knows that in this submission to Him is the clear way to blessing. He established this in the garden of Eden. Yet He gave man the choice to do so. Worship must be free to be called worship. Worship in the Spirit is being in tune with God's Spirit. Man can worship in anyway he desires but it is only through Jesus that the Father has access to us and we to Him. Wow what a transaction took place at Calvary that man is now free to worship. Worship Him with all your heart, mind and strength. Lord come and help me to worship in spirit and in truth.

PERSPECTIVE

Blessed is the man who walks in the ways of The Lord. He will have a restful sleep. His barns will be full. His wife and family will bless him. He chooses to praise The Lord then curse his lot. He blesses all who come to him because he is so blessed by The Lord. His joy is in serving The Lord and others. He puts everything in perspective and is not distracted by the immediate. The immediate always demands our attention but with perspective they do not have a hold on us. Perspective is what makes life tolerable. The immediate just demands your attention now. High emotions are involved. Do not let emotions make your decisions. Always let your head rule your heart. This year Lord I choose to make you Lord and to live life in perspective.

FAITH IN HIS PROMISES

No weapon formed against me will prosper. God has made His promises not to be hung on walls but to be believed and received by faith. Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the assurance of things to come. O how good it is to trust in The Lord and not in man. The promises of man are only as good as the weather. The weather changes and the promised rain never comes. God's promises are backed by Pis Name and authority. His authority is as Creator and the creator can do anything. He can hold back time as He is eternal, no beginning and no end. Now who else better to entrust my life to then He who created me and knows all about me even more then me. To Him be all praise and glory. Therefore I will seek His face and turn from my wicked ways and be cleansed by His blood and approach His throne guiltless. Father into your hands I commit my Spirit was the last words of Jesus on the Cross. May these be my last words when the time comes for me to meet Him face to face.

WAS JESUS AN ASPIE?

An ASPIE is a person with a social/Communication disorder and repetitive, ritualised behaviours and special interests. He/she is very rigid in his/her thinking and likes rules and routines and is averse to change. Lot of their thinking is in black and white terms and they exercise very little imagination. Jesus came to overturn the rule bound religion of Judaism. The Jews were proud of their religion and the Pharisees prided themselves in keeping to the minituae of the law. Jesus came to show us a new way to live and that abundantly. His way was above the law because it was by His Spirit and not by flesh. The flesh likes to keep rules and is very judgemental. Jesus way is by faith and full of grace. Jesus spoke in parables and so the listeners had to use their imagination to interpret them. An ASPIE would find this very confusing and pointless. Jesus spoke the truth but the truth was veiled to those who were blind and could not interpret the meaning. He said things like it is more difficult for a rich man to get to heaven then a camel through the eye of a needle. Such statements would be confusing to an ASPIE who would interpret this literally. Therefore I would say that Jesus would not fulfill criteria for an ASPIE.

THE GIFT OF SALVATION

Happy is the man who trusts in The Lord. He is like a house built on a rock which will not be shaken. What a inheritance waits a man who builds on solid foundations. He will rest all the days of his life for He knows He who keeps him will never fail. God promises eternal life to all who will call on His Name. Yes The Lord promises and He will deliver. Believe and you shall be saved. There is no if about it. Salvation is assured. Why reject something that you can receive by accepting a gift. This is the gift of salvation. Yet man chooses to reject this offer and find his own way of salvation then receive His gift. This Christmas please accept His gift of salvation and receive eternal life in Him.

SHINE JESUS SHINE

My Jesus, My Saviour and my Lord. I worship you with all that I am and behold you as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. There is no one like you. You are from the beginning and in you are all things. What a name above all names. In your name all things have their being. In your name the heavens are held together. The earth trembles and shakes but at your word they are held together. It is marvellous to know that in you all things are held together. You know the times and the seasons. You decide who rises and falls. You have all things in control although at times it seems hopeless. Those who have stayed the course know that you are faithful to the end. I love you Lord and I want to be possessed by your Spirit so that I can shine your light brightly in this darkened world. Come Lord Jesus and shine your light through me today.

CHRISTMAS

It's a bright morning and it is Christmas Day. This day we remember the greatest gift God gave to mankind. In fact all creation celebrates this day because He came as a sin offering for all. He came to redeem the world and this includes all creation which groans with pain. All creation was created by God and suffers violence. All creation groans till the day of redemption. Meanwhile we suffer pain and are afflicted by sin and troubled from all sides. Yet here is our hope that He came down from heaven to redeem us and save us from sin. All creation rejoices at the coming of the Son. This is the day of deliverance and we await the second coming when all the promises of God will be fulfilled. Now we may suffer for a while but then we will be with Him forever.

THE FATHER LOVES YOU

Precious is the One who calls you His own. He walks with you and talks with you and calls you by name. He is your Father in heaven who knows your name. He comforts you and guides you. He sows His thoughts into you so that you know it is Him. His thoughts are above all. He gives you those thoughts that make you soar like an eagle. They are now thoughts, revelational thoughts. This is like fresh manna you receive daily as your daily bread. You wait for His now word to you like you wait for fresh food for your daily bread. This is so exciting and refreshing. His now word to you today is to wait and be bold for The Lord your God is for you and not against you. Love like you have never loved before because the Father loves you.

GOD'S WORD IS FINAL

The Word of God is my standard and nothing else can take its place as the plumb line. God's word is the last word. I believe this and this then dictates my actions. Today there is no standard the world can look to contain its waywardness. All is relative and nothing is fixed. This means that boundaries can be pushed to any limit as there is no limit. This makes it difficult to then make decisions based on ethical issues as morality is relative to the context. Some cultures allow incest while others reject it. How does one culture impose its values on another. This is the battle that is going on in all facets of life. The Muslims think they have the truth and want to introduce sharia law. The west opposes this as feral but tries to accommodate and in this process compromises and isolates a section of society. What was once taboo is no longer so. What has changed? Influences have changed and the word of God has taken a back seat. When this happens the foundations of society begin to crumble and in this process everything else begins to crumble and die. Only a Holy Spirit revival can stem the tide of destruction and halt the process of decay. Lord come and be my filter that I may stay true to your word.

RULES AND LOVE

Great is The Lord and greatly to be praised. He is the lily of the valley, the bright morning star. In Him are all things and nothing can separate you from His love. His love is constant and in Him all things are made new. He is the author and finisher of your faith and in Him all things dwell. Man thinks in terms of rules but God thinks in terms of love. The two produce different results. One is a rule book and the other is a life eternal. What is the point of a rule book unless it can produce life . So also in this world we find two kinds of people. One lot are rule bound and the other lot are love bound. It is like the sons of Hagar and the sons of Sarah. The sons of Hagar are never going to inherit eternal life. They look like the sons of Sarah but their destiny is hell. Therefore watch and do not be like the rule bound children of Hagar who are illegitimate and not of the same seed as Sarah. Faith produces children of Sarah. Today let faith arise and live like there is no tomorrow.

COVERINGS

Adam and Eve were naked in the garden of Eden and were not ashamed. It is only when they disobeyed that they became aware of their naked state and were ashamed and hid themselves with fig leaves. How true it is today that we need to hide ourselves through different coverings rather then be naked. Sin causes us to cover up rather then show up. Some of us are so well covered up that nobody knows the real me not even me. We role play through life and the roles we play take over our identity. No wonder when we face a life event or loss that our cover ups fail sometimes to cover us and we see our naked self. We crumble and seek for more cover till we die. In death we don't need any cover for we return to earth naked.It is the layers of covers that separate us from each other. Take off the covers and all we have is no different from the other. Jesus came to take the covers off so that we can come to the Father and be ourselves. In nakedness we came to Him and He accepted us. May God open our eyes to see each other in the same way and not let the covers separate us. Lord open my eyes to see that I may be made whole.

MY MASTER AMD LORD

When Jesus is Lord then all else is second. He is Lord is the place to be then no other lord can lord it over you. He is Lord must be the song you sing first thing in the morning and last thing at night. He is Lord means there are no other gods before you. No other gods can take His place when He is Lord. The Lord is Master of all. It is to Him you have committed your life and no other life can take His place in your life. He is the author and finisher of your faith. You have committed your life to Him and now you are a slave to Him. Your slavery is not by command but by choice. You gladly be a slave for you know this is all you can do for His death on the Cross for you. This is love that will die that you maybe saved. I commit my life to Him because He has chosen me to be His. He chose me first.

LORD OF ALL

Christ is all in all and He is the Saviour of your soul. What does it mean to be Christ centered? It means that Christ, meaning Saviour,is in the control seat of your life. When He is in control then all your living becomes a glorious offering of praise to Him. This is what He desires but few desire to make Him Lord.They fear that making Him Lord means loss of control. How foolish can we be. He has given us all things to enjoy yet our idiot box says, no, He will deprive you of all things. This is a constant battle between your own thoughts and His thoughts.You have to fight the battle daily to grow strong and sufficient for the day of battle. He is with you in your battles and He will give you victory when He is Lord. Come weary one and commit all to Him and be saved.

IN HIM IS EVERLASTING JOY

The mercy of The Lord is great. He is our everlasting Father and He knows and hears our cry. Many languish in fear because they have no one to turn to. The Lord knows those who are His and they will rest in Him. God is good and those who seek Him will find Him. Many seek for gold and riches but when you find Him,He is all you will need. No amount of gold can buy what He can give. He gives peace and joy and this money cannot buy. Trust in Him and keep your eyes on Him and the distractions of the world will not steal your heart. Your heart belongs to Him who purchased your life with His blood. There is no one to compare with Him. He is the only one and in Him is all the treasure you need. Let Him be your everlasting joy this Christmas.

God Is Faithful To Answer

Many are the trials we face daily but with the Lord nothing is impossible. He comes through every time and therefore I can trust Him to be there all the time. He is a Father who knows all things and will answer my call even before I call. I can trust in Him wholly and He will reward my trust with answers. How good it is to know The Lord and to trust in Him. This Christmas let Him be the answer to your life.He is faithful who has called you and He will never let you down. The fires may rage and the mountains may fall but His love never fails.

FACE YOUR CHALLENGES IN LOVE

To accept a challenge is to be ready at all times to be Christ in the challenge. Challenges are meant to strengthen us and not to weaken us. So face your challenge today in Jesus Name and see the difference. Each time you face a challenge you will feel fear griping you. Now change the fear into love. In love now face the challenge. The challenge is usually a person who threatens you or your ego. If you see the other as a threat then you become a victim. See the other person as a challenge to love and face the challenge to see your love grow stronger. Love is not a sentiment. It is a decision. When you choose to love, you choose to die to self and think of the other. To love is to come alive to the other. You don't think of your survival but you can help the other change into someone you can love ratHer then hate. You change and in the process the other person changes because you see them with different eyes. This is to change your perception of the other from being the aggressor to one who is going to help you become a stronger lover.

SOAR LIKE AN EAGLE

To be in the zone where God is moving is to be in one mind with Him. Many times we operate outside His zone and therefore miss His best. His best is to be one in Him. There is no other way to be one with Him then in the Spirit. This union is what makes the difference. Many fail to enter the rest because they operate outside this zone. Many misunderstand God's plans. Because they are outside His zone. To understand the things of the Spirit one needs to be in the zone. This is the place where you are moving freely in the spirit. This is the place of total surrender and union. You feel empowered and invincible in this zone. You enter into this zone by praying in the spirit. Only those who are moving in similar realms will understand you and the things of the spirit. For the rest it just is like water of a duck's back. Operate in the spirit all the time and you will soar like an eagle.

IN GOD I TRUST

God is at work in you to desire and to do according to His will. God is the one at work in me and all I need to do is to trust in Him. What a wonder is this that He who created me is now at work in me to will and to do, this how He works and there is nothing I can do but to trust in His work. I need to trust His work in me . He has the final say in all things in my life. No amount of worry can change this, it has been written and will come to pass. Now all I can do is to trust Him. God is doing a new work in you to prepare you for the next season. Relax and wait for His Spirit to unction you, his unction is the sign to move ahead. Wait on The Lord and be renewed. He will provide you with the strength to carry on. All the purposes of your enemies will be foiled. He will send his angels to guard you and lead you.

DISCERN THE SPIRITS

Many times you are assailed by spirits that try to possess you and control you. You think you are right because they are egosyntonic. Yet there is a part of you that feels it is not right. When you are not at peace then you know that this is a indication that all is not right. Discern the spirit behind your feeling. This spirit will influence your thoughts and lead you down the road to destruction. Anything that makes you driven is another spirit trying to invade and control you. You need to step back and take control. Do not give into this spirit. The Holy Spirit will never drive you to destruction. Love, joy and peace will never drive you. The Holy Spirit leads. Therefore discern which spirit is controlling you and bind it and cast it out. in Jesus name.

GOD'S HEART

God is good and His banner over me is love. This is a new season and God is moving in power on the earth. We are all beholden to Him who holds the universe in His hands. His hands weave in and out of the nations and He causes men to turn from their wicked ways. Selfishness is the heart of the problems of man and God sent His Son to deliver us from its strangle hold over us. There is nothing too hard for The Lord. He will respond to the cry of anyone anywhere. His language is love. He knows nothing else but love. You were created in love and love will be the only way to live. There is no other way creation can live for the opposite of love is hate and indifference. This is what kills. When men lose heart they become like animals. Come to the The Father and be saved.

WALKING IN LOVE

God is good and His banner over you is love. It is His love that will sustain you in troubled times. You can go without food but not without His love. Every child needs love. No child can survive long without love. Even animals need the sustenance of motherly love. God created us for love. Where there is a lack of love there will be all kinds of other emotions. Love always gives and never withholds. When a person fails to give he fails to love. Giving is the hallmark of love. Giving in all areas of life is the acid test of love. Love is what makes the world go round. Judge yourself today and see if you are walking in love or some other spirit.

HIS WAYS ARE BEYOND COMPARE

God's purpose in all this is to bring all of creation into communion with Him. His ways are not our ways. He has plans that defy the ways of man. He operates in pure love. There is no ambiguity about His ways. His ways are certain and sure. His ways are from eternity. He decides because He is and not because He feels like it. He operates from who He is. Marvellous are His ways and beyond compare. His ways are just and all who seek His face will know His ways. He weeps for those who are lost. The lost are being eaten up by worms and will die. Their salvation is near but they fail to see. The Jews heard the word but chose to worship their man made gods. They preferred to worship creation rather then the Creator. Today seek The Lord with all your heart. He is available to all and will respond to your heart cry.

LOVE IS MORE THEN A FEELING

Our perceptions are influenced by our emotions. If we are feeling high then our perceptions are positive and we tend to minimise the negatives. If we are feeling negative then our perceptions mainly see the negatives and minimise the positives. This is why we cannot make a unbiased judgement because our perceptions are not based on facts but emotions and change like the weather. Love covers a multitude of sins but sometimes ignores the negatives. Love is an emotion as well as a decision. I decide to love even when I don't feel loving. Loving feelings enable one to minimise the negatives and this is what happens to newly married couples. They tend to minimise the negatives till those loving feelings begin to fade and reality reveals the negative aspects. Only love can then continue to stay the course for the negatives are very powerful to breakdown those loving feelings. Love now takes on a new meaning. It is not just a feeling but accepts the beloved,warts and all. Anything less then that is lust. Therefore be careful about your perceptions for they are not reliable. Taking time to let those initial feelings settle usually helps us see situations and others more clearly.

FANTASY VS REALITY

God desires us to operate in reality rather then fantasy. To operate in fantasy is to be disconnected from reality. Fantasy tends to minimise the reality of responses from others. Fantasy is safe because one is in control of the movie that is played in the mind. Reality always has to consider the other. In fantasy there are no checks as anything is possible and only the operator is affected. One can tend to manipulate the outcome according to one's desires. This kind of operation when resorted to often leads to a life cut off from reality. Neurotic fears are quelled through this kind of avoidant activity. When a grip on reality is absent then psychosis is the result. The way out of fantasy is to apply your mind to what is happening now. This enables one to face the reality of the situation one is in now then escape into fantasy somewhere else. Bringing your mind to attention to what is present enables you to face the situation or person in full attention. Practicing the presence of God is possible by resting in His presence and letting Him give you His thoughts and feelings. The more you operate in the now the more you become real to others. You stop avoidance behaviours and confront the reality that is in front of you.

POSSESS ME O LORD

Possessed by God is the desire of my heart. God desires a people who He can possess. To be filled is good but to be possessed is even better. God wants to have total control of you freely. He will never impose Himself on you. God wants willing servants who will trust Him with all their heart. Trust is the vital ingredient that will satisfy the Father. He is looking for a people who will trust Him unreservedly. God accepts you unconditionally. He did this on Calvary.He gave himself freely so that you can be free to choose. There is nothing more you can do to earn His love. All He needs is your free will.

GOD IS IN CONTROL

God is at work in you to will and to do. How good is that? God initiates the work in you and then continues to help you in the same. It is His work because you are His workmanship. It is to serve His purpose that you have been called. Now all you need to do is rest in this knowledge and security of the same. To work for yourself is one thing but to work for Him is a greater mission in life. He works in you to proclaim His work for eternity. His work is for a larger purpose in achieving His goals. Your goals are nothing compared His goals. Therefore remain in His presence and see how He will open doors to achieve His goals in His time. Paul was chosen by God to achieve His purpose. You too must remain content to know that He is working things out in His way. What a place of rest to be in Him and know He is in control.

WAKE UP CHURCH OF GOD

Man is not alone for God is with him. However man chooses to do it his way without God. Independence is a curse that led to Satan's fall and the same trait is in fallen Adam's race. God made man to have fellowship with Him but man wanting to be like God has chosen separation. This separation has brought about a different kind of Kingdom that is earthly and without God. God has taken second place because man has chosen to reject God. God sent His son to redeem man from his fallen state. He restored His relationship with man and now God can establish His kingdom though the called out saints. The church is to be the Kingdom of God on earth. However the church has lost its bearings and now behaves like the kingdom on earth. God is still in control and will redeem His church from it's fallen state. When the church wakes up the world will take notice. The world is at the mercy of the church because she holds the key to the future. Rise up church of God and take your rightful place among the nations.

FLAME OF FIRE

The flame of fire within you will burn till the day you die. God has put this flame within you. It will burn all that is of the flesh till you are burning the light of life in the spirit. God's fire is like a light that burns the darkness away. His light brightens your insides and as the flesh life is burnt up the spirit life will shine through you. His light will lighten the ground you walk on and others will sense his presence in and around you. This is what will result in revival. God's light will drive out the darkness and his light will be the healing for the land.

MARKET PLACE CHRISTIANITY

Christianity needs to be practised in the market place if it is going to have an impact. Too many are comfortable meeting in church buildings where it is safe. Jesus spent most of His time in the market place. This is where sinners were and this is where the need is. Too much inward looking has kept the church stifled and weak. Growth occurs when your faith can be applied in the market place.Your faith is useless unless it can be applied in the market place. Faith rises when it is challenged. Jesus moved among the populace because He came for them. He spent time in the synagogue but all they did was to reject Him and His message. People in the market place followed Him and werie healed in mind and body. This is what the church is called to do. If the church continues to be cloistered within its four walls it will decay and die.

JESUS THE NAME ABOVE ALL NAMES

Jesus the Name above all other names. His name is Jesus and He is the Lord of all. Call on His Name and see the enemy flee from you. His Name is more powerful then a mantra. He is living and He comes to you when you call on His Name. Every knee will bow and every tongue confess that He is Lord. Jesus was and is and is to come. He is the Saviour of the world. Call on His name in the day of trouble. His name is your name when you call on Him. He becomes you because He has gone through all the trials and experienced every sin known to man. He took upon Himself your sins and bore it on a tree and died. He is your redemption and your Saviour. There is no other Name on earth or in heaven greater then His. What a name and what a way to go for all mankind depends on Him. He knows the end from the beginning. He is and therefore you are.

KINGDOM MIND SET

For God is good and His grace is sufficient for you. He has called you into His Kingdom and in His Kingdom there is peace everlasting. You live now in His Kingdom and work in His Kingdom. No more earthly kingdom for you, for you belong to a different King who is Lord over all. Your journey is into eternity for that is your destiny. Now is the time to work and walk in Kingdom mind set. In Kingdom mind set you only do what your King leads you to do. Your interests have all changed. You are no more interested in the things of the world. You have lost interest in the things of the world. All you are interested in, is in His Kingdom and His callings. He calls and you go. He will provide the resources to do His will. You are His agent now and you establish His Kingdom on earth as it is in heaven, You work with His resources and not your resources. Your resources are limited while His resources are unlimited. Therefore enlarge your vision and be ready to move forward and fear nothing.

CHRIST'S BODY ON EARTH

We are the body of Christ. Just as the body has many parts so Christ's body has many parts. Each is appointed for a specific role or task. A finger cannot do the job of an eye. So each member of the body is called to do their part. The whole body will only function when each part does its part. Otherwise the body will malfunction and not fulfil its destiny.

The body of Christ worldwide is going through a process of transformation. Each is recognising that we need each other to fulfil God's mission in the world. We need to embrace our differences and not try to manipulate each other to conform to only one part. This is a huge calling for the body to respect and encourage the various ministries of the church. Only a committed body to Christ's cause in the world can do this. Let us do our part to fulfil the great commission before Christ returns.

SHINE JESUS SHINE

 Blazon the land with the light of His Presence. How? By praising and praying till you shine His light through you. God's light is in you. The only way it is going to be seen is through praise and prayer. You enter his courts with thanksgiving and connect with the Holy Spirit. When you connect with Him He will connect with you. A charge is set off and you light up just like a bulb that lights up when the switch is on. It is this connection that is needed to set your heart on fire. When your heart is on fire it will just burn with His love and peace and joy like no other. This will light other fires and soon the land will be on fire for the Lord. In His presence there will be manifestations of all kinds including healing and miracles. The word of the Lord will go forth and perform its works. Faith will rise and bring forth fruit and the world will go round like a musical melody. Crime will reduce and people will see through His eyes and become like the people of heaven on earth. All selfishness and hatred will vanish and replaced with pure love. Shine Jesus shine through me today.

GOD AND ME

I am the temple of the living God. The Holy Spirit dwells in me. I am a holy vessel cleansed in the blood of Jesus. He keeps me holy. He cleanses me and fuels me each day to walk in His ways. He is my light and my fortress. In Him I dwell safely. I am His and He is mine. I will never depart from His ways. He has promised never to leave me or forsake me. In His presence is joy and peace and everlasting love. In Him I am and my destiny is in Him. I am, therefore I can be.

Many follow other gods that satisfy their fleshly desires. I choose to follow the Lord who fills me with spiritual desires. The world is on a course to self destruct. Selfishness is the god of this world. Selfishness never results in holiness. God is holy and He is always thinking of you. Blessed is the Name of the Lord. It is good to know that God is in control. As this earth flies though space it is held by His mighty hands. The winds of change will blow but God is not moved. His stable right hand will take the earth to its destination despite the chaos in the world.  Man is but a speck of dust and will be no more when his time is up. God is eternal and never ceases to live.

RULE AND REIGN

Facing the enemy is like being thrown into the lions den. Daniel faced the lion by surrendering all to God who closed the eyes and the mouth of the lions. So also only when you walk in total surrender will you be able to survive the attacks. The enemy comes in like a roaring lion but his roar is louder then his bite. He roars only to frighten because he has lost his sting. His sting is death but Jesus has overcome death and the fires of hell. Now you are on the side of heaven and therefore do not be deceived that you are in enemy territory. You are in God's territory and everywhere you go, you claim his territory for God. The enemy will make you think that you are in foreign land but you are not because you are anointed to rule where you are. Rule therefore in body, mind and spirit and see how the enemy of your soul will leave you in peace. Binding the works of darkness is your responsibility. Everything else will flow smoothly when the powers of darkness are bound.

HIT SIXES

This is the time to hit sixes against the devil. He has lost the war. He may win some battles but the fact remains that he is destined for hell while you are destined for heaven. So who cares about the battles when we know that the war has already been won. This is the strength we have as christians. The devil tempts and attacks everyone. He is no respecter of persons. His mission is to steal, kill and destroy. He will work through anyone who  allows anger and hatred to consume his heart. Unforgiveness is the door for many demons to invade you. Therefore walk in forgiveness. Love is forgiveness. There is no love if thee is no forgiveness. Agape love does not remember the hurts as love covers all. When you have experienced the love of God then nothing is too hard for you. Love covers a multitude of sins.

SALVATION IS NOW

Break through is the operative word at this time. God is moving in ways unheard of in the past to win the souls of millions into His Kingdom. There are no more barriers. The law cannot exclude anyone from entering His Kingdom. His Kingdom is love, joy and righteousness and all these are contained in Jesus. When you receive Jesus you receive the full inheritance. All other inheritance is partial. Other ways can satisfy but only partially. His salvation guarantees you eternal life and not just a happy earthly life. Life is more then death do us part. Jesus came to give us eternal life through His death. Money cannot buy this life for it is a spiritual life and only the Spirit can give it. Jesus came that all those who call on His Name can receive eternal life. This life is in God and not in flesh. Therefore connect with God today through jesus and be saved. Your salvation is guaranteed.

FREEDOM FROM THE FLESH

The flesh will not die because it is ruled by the senses. This is why only total surrender will do. You know the flesh is still alive because of your sins. You sin daily through thought, word and deed. These are signs that your flesh is still alive. A seed must die before it can bring forth life. So also its as your flesh is crucified daily that the new life in Christ can come forth. Just as Jesus had to die before He could rise again into resurrection life. This kind of death is only possible through the Spirit. No amount of self mutilation will kill the flesh. It is a faith position. I am crucified with Christ. I no longer live. Nevertheless I live. The life I now live, I live through the faith of the Son of God who died for me. What a paradox. Death means life. The two cannot subsist together. This is the daily battle and who wins depends on your position. In the flesh or in Christ. You are filled in the Spirit and walk by the Spirit. Many are filled in the Spirit but walk by the flesh. Hallelujah I am now free because Christ Jesus has set me free. 

LIFE IS IN THE SPIRIT

Oh to be used by the Lord. What a privilege and honour it is to be used by the Lord. He is the vine and I am a branch. He feeds me and I grow leaves and bear fruit for others to be fed and be nourished. What a picture of the union between the father and the son. I am just a product of the father. What the father is I am. The likeness of the father is seen in the son. So Jesus came as the Son of God and portrayed His Father in heaven on earth. Now I am to portray the image of my Father in heaven through the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Jesus living in me. All I have to do as a branch is to submit to Him and He will do the rest. When I submit to him, I die to my self. Only death to self can result in life in Him. The two cannot live together for the flesh is against the Spirit. But even in this God has given me the way of escape from the urges of the flesh. He has given me the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God to subdue my flesh and the devil. All the weapons I need are available to me and become powerful when I surrender to Him. Come Holy Spirit and fill me afresh today.

HE NEVER FAILS

God is in control and so you have no cause to worry or fear. These two enemies of your soul seek to cripple you in your walk of faith. Worry is a lack of faith. You worry only when you feel that you will lose out or not make it. When you know that God is in control and that He knows the end from the beginning, then you will be able to cast all your worries on to Him. He cares for you more then you can ever know. He purchased you with a price, His own life. He is with you all the time  and therefore when things appear to be against you, know He is for you. Hallelujah His Spirit will comfort you and guide you and you will be amazed. Looking at your past must assure you of His hand on your life. He never fails.

DAILY MANNA

The Lord is over all and in His presence is peace and joy. The joy of the Lord is your strength. He keeps those who are His and He ministers to those who call on His Name. God directs your thoughts so that you know what He is thinking. When you share His thoughts they become bread to the hungry. Those who desire to hear the Lord will listen. Those who are blind and deaf will not hear or see. The Lord opens the eyes of the blind and the ears of the deaf. Therefore pray that your eyes will be open and your ears will hear His voice. His voice is like manna to your soul. The Israelites waited for their daily manna from the Lord when they were in the desert. You are in a desert place and the Lord will feed you. You will feel nourished and healthy because you are rich.

HIS WORD

The holy anointing oil of the Holy Spirit is poured over you. You have the anointing of David and you must go in the Holy Spirit to do as David did. He fought his enemies and brought them down one by one. His defeat of Goliath was one giant of an enemy who cursed the army of God. So all your enemies will be made a footstool for the Lord of the armies of heaven are behind you. Do not fear for He is with you all the time. Listen to his now word to you and be encouraged. When you do not hear from Him then know that He is still with you. He will speak when you need His word. His now word is a revelatory word. It abolishes all other words. God's word is the last word on a matter. No more discussions. His word is sent to cut through the morass of conflicting thoughts and opinions. The word of God is sharper then any 2 edged sword. Therefore speak forth His written word and His now word when faced with the enemy. Like David fill your sling with His powerful word and let His word do the job of destruction. The enemy will flee from you when you use His word. Your words have no effect on the enemy. His word is spirit and life.

SEASON OF BLESSING

Time for God's season of blessing. His word is true and comes through at the right time. Now I have to hold on to His word and His promises and see the blessings come through. God expects us to walk by faith. This means not seeing but seeing before things appear in the physical realm. I see in the spiritual first before it manifests in the material. This is how God created the worlds. He saw and spoke the word and saw the worlds formed. Man also operates in this realm through visions and dreams. He sees and then speaks forth the word in faith and waits to see the word being performed. God's word performs. When you speak the healing word it goes forth and performs that spoken word. The Holy Spirit is the workman who works the word into being. You are just His instrument that plays the tune. The tune is heard and faith rises and accepts the now word and believes. Mary believed the word and it was life for her. Be it unto me according to your word Lord.

VIEW OTHERS AS SEPARATE FROM YOURSELF

View people as separate from yourself. This separation allows others to feel respected and not an extension of you. This is especially so for close relationships. When others feel treated as extensions of your self then they will resist this and rebel. Children will rebel against this as part of their separation and individuation process. Spouses will also resist this and want to separate. It will feel suffocating to be an extension of another. You need to be able to express your own thoughts and feelings and not be bullied to accept what others say.When you are able to be free in a relationship then you are accepted for who you are. When one enters a family you will know how it feels to be in the family. If suffocated then you know there is a dominant person who treats others as extensions of themselves. There needs to be structure without dominance. Structure serves to enable the family to fulfil its function. A clear structure enables individuals to function without losing their identity. A structural analysis enables one to assess how a group functions. A group with clear boundaries functions as a system that will communicate clearly and not be overwhelmed by feelings. Feelings are kept in control within a system with clear boundaries. Unclear boundaries leads to chaos and feelings control the system. Clarifying boundaries is the key to functional living.

RESURRECTION POWER

Hallelujah. Everything of the flesh conspires to depress you while everything of the Spirit aspires to encourage and empower you. Listen to the Spirit and shut the flesh up. The flesh is so influenced by your senses and your senses by the environment. When you operate in the Spirit you are controlled by the Spirit. When you are walking in the flesh you are controlled by fleshly thoughts. Therefore your only escape is in the Spirit. The Holy Spirit is in you and He will lead you when you submit to Him. To be led by the Spirit is bliss. To be led by the flesh is confusion. This is why only resurrection power will do. In resurrection power you move above the chaos of the world. You are like Christ and when you move in His resurrection power. This power is yours when you are filled in the Spirit. You can expect anything and all things are possible in His power. Come to the river and be refreshed. Only resurrection power can help you overcome all the pressures you face in and out. His power is available to all who will seek Him. Come Holy Spirit and possess me for you live in me.

NOW

God speaks as you tune into Him. Just come into His presence now and do not let your mind wander away from the present. The present is the only reality you know and need. Tomorrow is just a mist and yesterday a memory. It is today and the present moment that counts. In the present moment you can think and feel and know His presence. The way to commune with God is in the present. He will then down load His thoughts and feelings into you. So now separate yourself and be in His presence. See how your mind will clear as you focus on the now. He will enter your now and He will commune with you. Thoughts will flow into you and it is as if a light bulb suddenly comes on. The darkness turns into light. The light of His presence invades your being. You become light and all your thoughts become clear and bold. You become substance and begin to feel His creation. This is what is real. All else is fantasy. Fantasy is a creation of your mind. This never lasts and is a substitute for the real. Why live in fantasy when the real is what is eternal? Yet the mind prefers to escape into fantasy for the reality is too hard to bear. This escape into fantasy will never make you strong. In the Spirit you will live in the real and not in the false.

SEEING THE END VICTORIOUSLY

The finish line is what is important. You know what it looks like because you know you are on the winning side. What is happening now is not as important because you know you are going to win in the end. Nothing can stop you now for you know how it will all end, as a winner. How good is that? Jesus knew His end from the beginning. He knew that His Father knew what was best. When He ascended into heaven He sent His Holy Spirit to fill us so that we too may have the same vision of the end as He had. This is what made giants out of weak men who turned the world upside down. What are you waiting for. The world is waiting for you. Unless you do it no one else is going to do it. Go and save as many as possible from the fires of hell before it is too late. Now is the opportune time to strike. The world is heating up and heading for destruction as it loses its map and turns into itself. Shine as His light and turn the hearts of the lost to Him that they too may find Him and be saved.

THE OVERCOMER LIVES IN YOU

The overcomer lives in you. What a powerful word is this? He lives in you and so you have power to overcome all things. Sin has no more power over you. All you need to do is submit to His power in you. This is the easy way God has established for you through the death of Christ on the Cross. His blood now cleanses you continuously and you have no need to worry but only to surrender to His will. Jesus said take my yoke upon you for it is easy and light. When we choose to carry our burden then it will be heavy and hard. He carries our burdens on the Cross and therefore we can travel light. Why carry unnecessary burden when He has carried all on the Cross. All we have to do is believe and receive. But this is too easy for the flesh which seeks to burden you with worry and care. The flesh cannot rest for it is controlled by sin. The spirit can rest for it is controlled by the Holy Spirit. Now choose to be controlled by the Holy Spirit and live.

MAN REJECTS GOD

Man was made to worship God. Man's needs are met through God his Creator. How can man live without God? There will always be a void in man's heart if he rejects God. This void must be filled. Only the Spirit can fill this void. When man rejects God, he rejects himself because he has rejected his Creator. Man is saying I am my own boss. In this is the fall of man. Adam rejected God and fell. Lucifer rejected God and fell. When man rejects God he will be swayed by other gods that are self made to please man. So the story repeats itself through the generations and man never changes. He cannot change for sin has possession of him. Now the only way out for man is through Jesus who came to redeem man from his sin soaked state. In Jesus we are freed from the terror of sin. We are filled in His Spirit and come home. So come Lord Jesus and fill this house and be my Lord.

SAVIOUR OF ALL

Hallelujah what a God we have. He is the Alpha and Omega of our faith. He is ever near and a daily help in all our struggles. He is forever Yahweh. He is my Father and your Father. There is nothing that can separate us from His love. His love under girds us and His love keeps us moving in faith. It is because of His love that we have hope for tomorrow. His love sustains us through the trials and tribulations we face daily. Lord thank you for your love. Love is a foundation that keeps us firm in faith. Love cannot be bought. Love is. You know love in your heart and your heart responds in love to the needs around you. Without love the human heart will fail. They say love keeps the world moving. I say God's love keeps the world moving. Without God there is no hope because everything will one day die. Death is the only thing we can be sure of without God. Jesus overcame death and therefore we have hope of a new life and death has lost its sting. Now rejoice and be glad for He lives today to save. Call on Him and be glad for He is the Saviour of the Lord. Only He can unite the sinner and the saint. He is the Redeemer of all mankind. Pray that all we call on Him and be saved. Salvation belongs to the Lord.

TOTAL SURRENDER

God is at work in you to will and to do has so empowered me to know that it is His work and and not mine. All He requires is total surrender so that He can do His work in me unhindered. Self refuses to die and this is a life long battle of surrender. We can die to the world and everyone else but to die to self is the battle that rages on. Only way is to apply our will to the Cross so that His will can be in control. Jesus is the only one and not the first. The first means that there are others. Only means there is no other. This must be your commitment or else something will always come in between.When the Spirit has total control then you will walk in the glory of the Lord. His glorious presence will so engulf you that nothing else can take its place. Lord come now should be the cry of your heart. It is His presence that will transform lives. Come Lord Jesus and transform my life today to be a glorious emblem of your presence.

TO WILL AND TO DO

God is at work in you to will,that is, to make you willing, and to do, that is. to help you to do, according to His good pleasure Phil 2:13. What a powerful verse to know that He is the One who is doing it through us. We have no power but He has all power. All we need to do is surrender to his will. It is so easy when we come to the place of total surrender. He knows our weakness in the flesh and He knows we need help. He has promised to help us and all we have to do is trust Him to do. I love it because He is my Helper and friend. Is there anyone like Him? No other religion can say this because they are based on rules and regulations. Rules and regulations do not work because the flesh is against it. Now the Spirit can work through our will to help us do according to His good pleasure. It pleases God when we are in the centre of His will. Others may laugh at us like they did when Noah built the Ark. Who had the last laugh? It was too late then for all perished. Now God has made it possible to live an abundant life in Him through His Spirit. All we have to do is submit to Him. Call on the Name of Jesus and you will do and not despair.

MORAL COMPASS

Praise God who sends people at the right time to encourage, exhort and lead into new hope and challenge. The church needs to be revived to answer the call to evangelise. The world is rapidly going down the slide of moral depravity and will end in suicide. When morality loses ground then what replaces it will be like Sodom and Gomorrah. There will be all kinds of evil activity and people will live for themselves. All your base desires will emerge to express itself in sexual and murderous ways. This is the path to self destruction. It is already happening in individuals, families and nations. What you are witnessing around the world is the loss of a compass to keep the nations growing and flourishing. Instead nations have turned in amongst themselves and are on the path to self destruct. This happens when a nation loses its moral compass. The Bible was the moral compass for many nations. Now it is being discarded for other less moral rules which are self made and to suit base desires. Base desires come to the fore when morality slips. Your conscience becomes seared and you mould with your environment. This is what history has taught us yet we blindly go down the same path again and again. It is as if the next generation has not learnt from the past. The story of Israel exemplifies this trend. Lord help us stem this tide of moral degradation now.

PASSION

Prayer is your life line with God. A life line is like a blood line that nourishes you and processes all that needs to be excreted. All that is not of God will be excreted and that which is of God will nourish your soul.Through prayer you have this vital communication with your Creator. He will reveal His mind to you and you will discern what is good and His will for you. As you surrender your will to Him, His will becomes your will. You then become like Him as you are united in one Spirit. The Holy Spirit will feel and speak through you. He will bring to your remembrance the things of God and enlighten your mind. This enlightening leads to action.Action follows revelation. If there is no revelation then all you have is letters that mean nothing and therefore will not lead to action. Revelation results in passion and passion results in action. The revelation may come in the form of vision or word but it needs to activate passion to propel you forward. Passion is the work engine of the vision being realised. So pray and be in touch and be involved in His world.

SPIRITUAL NATURE

Amazing grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me. What words to magnify the immensity of the salvation in Christ Jesus. A sinner saved from sin is the miracle of salvation. This is no small work but the Spirit is merciful and will save anyone who cries out to be saved. Salvation belongs to the Lord. How the words of scripture come at opportune times to help us in our walk. This is why it is so important to read the scriptures. The Spirit can then bring to our remembrance the words of life that we need at such times. God gave us the scriptures as His love letter to us. Now we feed on his words and are transformed by His love into a new being. The words of life are transformational because they are birthed in the Spirit and begets a spiritual nature. The new nature we have is spiritual. In the Spirit we can believe and receive His promises without hindrance. God is the author of all things. His people can know His mind and do exploits.

WHAT A FRIEND WE HAVE IN JESUS

Praise the Lord for His guidance and His provision. He is so good and He is a constant companion. What a friend we have in Jesus, all our sins and griefs to bear. He is the bearer and all we do is enjoy the ride. He carries our burdens and so our burden is light. What more can you ask for then this? Jesus saves is truly a operative word for today. He is the only Saviour who can bear our burdens. The burdens we carry are too heavy to bear but He is here to bear them. Oh if only we will trust in Him and not worry. He has proved worthy over and over again yet we forget. Just like the Israelites who were shown many signs yet they forgot. They demanded a physical God and were not satisfied with the unseen God. We too are so led by our senses that we need signs to guide us. God calls us to walk by faith and not by sight. Signs are needed for the unsaved and not the saved. The saved can see because they were once blind. Now we exercise our faith eyes and believe and walk by faith. We will see what men cannot see with their physical eyes. Help us to see O Lord and live.

COCOONED IN HIS LOVE

How good it is know that the Lord is your constant companion. You will never be alone for He has said He will never leave you or forsake you. He is a friend and a guide. He is a problem solver. He is the great healer. You have all your needs met in Him. Therefore take Him at His word and live. His blood flows through your veins and cleanses you. All 60,000 miles of vessels in your body flow with His blood. You are His and he nourishes all the cells of your body. His eternal life flows through you. You are His and He is yours and together you are one. One to conquer the world and to be a witness of His salvation. Blessed is the man who seeks the Lord with all His heart. Your heart is the centre of your being. From your heart flows all the vital issues of life. Cleanse your heart and let it be filled with His Spirit who resides in your heart. Your heart commands what will be as it communes with His Spirit who dwells in you. Never forget His benefits and praise Him all day. Now you can face the day with a spring in your step because He lives. He lives and therefore you have hope of a good day in Him. All that is of the enemy cannot touch you for you are cocooned in His love. What a Saviour is He.

BLESSED TO BE A BLESSSING

Sanctification is a process. The Holy Spirit living within you is doing the work of cleansing and purifying. When you surrender to Him He burns up the dross and cleanses you. This is a ongoing process. The flesh will always try to go its own way but the Spirit will direct you His way. His way is the only way to live an abundant life. His life in you is the source of your strength. You are a spear head and He is the spear. He will propel you to unmask the enemy and put him to flight. The Lord is powerful and His presence in you is your power source. When you realise this then nothing is impossible for you to do. All the resources of heaven are available to you. Fret not and you will want not. Fretting is a sign of fleshy desires not met. The flesh yearns to satisfy itself while the Spirit wants to satisfy the needs of others. The outlook of one is inward while the other is outward. You can decide from this what spirit is controlling you. The Holy Spirit always serves others and never serves itself. You are filled to fill. You are blessed to bless. So rejoice in your blessing and never compare yourself with others.

LED BY THE SPIRIT

When led by the Spirit you will be reminded of what needs to be done and who you need to contact and given new insights into things. The Spirit will guide you and grant you wisdom as what to do. If you draw a blank then it is time to wait and pray. Prayer prepares you to allow the Spirit to work through till a solution is found. This is exciting for now you are operating from above and not from below. To operate from above is to operate in the might of the Spirit and not the flesh. For spiritual break throughs only waiting on the Spirit can do. It is His work and we are to follow Him. In the flesh we do in our ability. In the Spirit He does in His ability. Which would you prefer? You are to enjoy life because all your needs are met in Him. When you struggle to survive you are just existing and not living. To live is to breathe the pure air of the Spirit. He will infuse you with His holy air and all your cells of your being will be revived and you will mount up like an eagle and never be phased again. Your strength comes from the Spirit within you. This is why when you pray you just voice the words of the Spirit from your spirit and not from your head. This is powerful intercession and will get through to the heart of the people and transform them. Be filled today in the Spirit and live life to the full.

UNITY IN SPIRIT

In the Spirit there is unity. This unity can never be achieved in the flesh. When saints come together in the Spirit then there will be unity. In this atmosphere the Spirit will move powerfully in gifts distributed freely. The saints will exercise these gifts to bless each other. Healing, peace and love will flow freely. Fears will be vanquished and hope will be restored.There will be such a uniting of hearts that all needs will be met. In the flesh there will be envy and jealousy and back biting. In the Spirit there will be love, joy and peace. This is why the Kingdom of God restores righteousness , peace and joy. The church is God's Kingdom on earth. Yet there is so much of the world in His church. Man then tries to control the fleshly sins by introducing rules for right conduct. The church then splits because egos are hurt. This is the story of the church but God's church moves on despite this. For this time we have to contend with both the worldly church and His church. His church cannot be walled in but is free and is the universal church in the Spirit. We have communion with Him and His saints will continue to do His work in all parts of the world where they are called to serve. So do not be discouraged or dismayed. God is in control and His Kingdom will be established on earth as it is in heaven.

YOUR NEW NATURE

God has given you a new nature when you were made a new creation in Christ. He has given you a new heart. This means you have His nature in you. Hard to believe but it is true. I have given you a new heart and put my Spirit within you. The old has passed and the new has come. So why is it that we still operate in our old self still? This is because we stopped believing in His promises. We need to continuously walk in His presence to experience His nature. We can choose to walk in the flesh or in the Spirit. When we choose to walk in the flesh then the old feelings and thinking operate. In the new, the new nature operates. This is why you find that when you walk in the Spirit the new feelings and thoughts come alive. We are called to walk in the Spirit all the time not sometime! How can one do this unless there is total surrender to Him. As long as we are in the flesh we will be tempted to walk in our old ways. This is where discipline and constant battle with the flesh and the devil take place. But when you walk in your new nature the flesh has no attention at all. The devil can't touch you when walk in the Spirit. The key is to be filled daily in the Spirit and to walk by the Spirit.

REGRESSIVE FEELINGS

When regressive feelings assail you, trust the Lord to hold you. He knows your heart and these feelings will come and go. The devil will condemn you for these feelings but the Lord will hold you. All the experiences you go through are allowed by the Lord who is your keeper. He will hold you and comfort you and bring you to the place of victory. These feelings will pass. Remember you belong to Him and so you will be a target for the devil who hates you. Know the Lord loves you and He has experienced the same feelings. Therefore rise up and be bold and tell the devil to go away. The Lord looks at the heart of man and not his actions. David was a man after the heart of God, yet he fell into regressive ways. This is the human condition and only the Lord can save us. Sin will always be a source of failure and discomfort on earth. Sin will never be a problem in heaven. Therefore watch and pray that you maybe kept from sins way.

STAY FIXED

Staying fixed on Jesus is vital when the storms rage and the clouds are dark and heavy. Jesus rested in the boat while everyone else panicked. He rested in His Father's love and care. Now you can rest in Jesus lap when the storms rage around you. The enemy will send these storms but you are ruled from within and not from without. When you rule from within then what is inside you is more important then what is outside you. Popular support does not last for people change their minds like the wind. Therefore it is important to stay the course when things do not go your way. It is the strong that last to the end of the race. Life is a race for death is a reality. Today will never come again. Time and tide waits for no man. So make the best of today and leave the rest to God. This is the only way to live a vibrant life. Enjoy today and praise God you are alive and well. Nothing else matters for what you have today is the best you can have today.

PURPOSE DRIVEN LIFE

There are many voices that will invade your space and take your attention. You must take charge and decide which ones you will entertain. Thoughts are sent to you from different sources including spiritual sources. When you are fixed in purpose and know who you are and what your purpose is, then distracting thoughts will enable you to stay on course. You will make choices minute by minute to stay focussed on your reason for living  and not be detracted. Jesus faced the Cross daily in His life because He knew that was His purpose. You have one purpose now to be His witness in a torn and hopeless world. You are the only sign of the Christ the world will see. He has called you for this purpose and to this purpose you must stay fixed. All your faculties will come in line when you are fixed in purpose. Everything that comes along will serve your larger purpose. Now is the time to rise above the chaos and confusion of the world like a plane that rises above the clouds. Now in the Spirit you can cruise daily above the clouds and reach your destination on time. Nothing is going to delay your arrival because the angels of heaven are with you. Your calling is sure and God is with you every inch of the way. It is this confidence in Him that will drive you forward and with purpose.

RESURRECTION POWER

There is power in the Cross because it is a positive sign of the power of God. The Cross is a symbol of salvation and resurrection power. Without the Cross there would not be a resurrection. Death to self is bearing one's own cross. Death to self enables one to access the resurrection power of the cross. We cannot walk in the flesh and the Spirit. The only way to walk in the Spirit is through death to self. This is why the cross is the only answer to resurrection power. However many embrace the Cross but not the power. They embrace the Cross to go through the slavish cycle of sin and repentance. The answer is to walk in the Spirit and the flesh will have no power over you. We however want to embrace the flesh and the Spirit. A divided mind will go no where. Embrace the Cross and the resurrection power of Jesus and see how your walk will be amazing. The resurrection power of Jesus will release the power of heaven on earth to do His will as it is in heaven. His power will change your world upside down. You will walk right side up and see the world through His eyes. Praise the Lord.

KINGDOM OF GOD

Prayer is like breathing. If you stop breathing you are dead. If you stop praying, you are dead spiritually. When you pray you are in communion with the Father and He communicates with you and spiritual resources are available to you. You were born a spiritual being and without the breath of God you are just existing and not living. A living being breathes. Breathe on me breath of God till I am wholly thine. The Spirit is like breath. You breathe in the Spirit. How can we live without praying? Praying is not just asking for things. It is a relationship with the Father. It is to be in fellowship with the One who created you. God has established prayer as a means of resourcing and doing His will on earth as it is in heaven. Without His resources we cannot build His Kingdom. His Kingdom is not of this world. He is building a spiritual Kingdom where He is King. His disciples on earth build His Kingdom on earth by praying and sharing His life. Man builds a replica of God's Kingdom. His Kingdom is unseen and therefore it is only when we begin to walk in the unseen world that we truly see His Kingdom. The church maybe dying but His church is growing. So do not judge His church by external standards. He knows those who are His and they know Him. Therefore praise God at all times for the unseen Kingdom of God.

UP IN THE SPIRIT

When you are on a downer look to the Spirit for an upper. The Spirit will lift you up when you are feeling down. The Spirit works from within you to change your thinking and feeling. You access His thoughts rather then your thoughts. Praying in tongues stirs up the Spirit within you and the flow of thoughts will begin. Now you have access to another source of thoughts  and these thoughts then ignite the corresponding feelings of love, peace and joy. This is how you will need to run your life when things get you down. There are different mood states you will go through the day. Remember the feelings will pass. But you can do something to stay on top. Pray in tongues and this is a sure way to cut through the miasma of thoughts and feelings that depress you. The Spirit has been given to you to stand against the assaults from within and without. Stay fixed in the Spirit so that you don't get distracted by this and that. This and that are sent to discourage you and to pull you down. This is a daily battle you have to wage in the Spirit. When you are led by the Spirit there is no failure for He is in charge. What appears to be a weakness or failure turns out to be part of the course to success. Success is not winning but achieving what you hope to attain. There is no competition here only the way to bless and be blessed.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

God works in mysterious ways and all we have to do is wait and pray. Spiritual battles need spiritual weapons to fight the battle. No use using human weapons to fight a spiritual war. Spiritual warfare is raged in the heavenlies and not on earth. The spiritual forces are ethereal and therefore cannot be seen yet they are real. When you enter into the realm of the spirutual then it is what is unseen that matters. Your spiritual eyes will be able to see the battle in the heavenlies. We have to fight this battle that is waging war against the souls of men and women to claim them for hell. Prayer is the one vehicle of warfare that will enable the saint to claim souls for heaven. Nothing can move the mountain but faith filled prayers. God is dependent on us to intercede for souls gripped in the cares of this world. Satan sends trouble to distract us from our heavenly calling. Therefore spend time in intercession for all the people and situations that the Lord brings to your mind. Let your thoughts be committed to prayer for as you do so heaven is moved to intervene.
