PRINCE OF PEACE

The Prince of Peace comes to anoint you with His blessings. He is over all and He comes to bless and not to destroy. The enemy of your soul comes to steal, kill and destroy. Welcome the Prince of peace whose peace is beyond understanding. His peace is real and eternal. Men need His peace in this world where confusion and turmoil are wrecking lives. When He comes back one day will He find men of faith waiting for His return? Today you must decide to welcome Him into your heart. There is no one else worth waiting for. When you invite Him into your heart today then you receive His peace now. When He returns He will complete your healing. We are all damaged in one way or another because this world is hostile to our being. Our wholeness can be restored in Him. He created us whole but sin tarnished our wholeness and we fell to the ways of the world. The redeemed will call on the Lord in the day of trouble and will be saved. Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me bless His holy Name.

DOING GOD'S WILL

Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done. Jesus said not my will but thine be done. This means surrender to God's authority. When we pray thy will be done, we are saying in effect that God's authority be in place. Coming under the authority of His will is releasing His Spirit to do His will. This is the best way to live, under God's authority. When  we choose to go our way then we are saying that we will do it our way. Choosing my way is to go against God' way. My way is always serving self and not God. God's way involves the sacrifice of self. It is a liberating position because I choose to trust God and His will for my life. When I let go and let God then I free God to work through me. God has chosen to work through me. Jesus looked to His Father and did what He saw His Father doing. When I surrender my will, I do the same. In this is real freedom. Come and lay your burdens at His feet and be free to do His will. All sickness and disease will have to bow to His will in your life. Try it and see. 

TRANSFORMED INTO HIS IMAGE

God is transforming you by the renewal of your mind. Your fleshly mind thinks one way, usually negative. Your spirit mind thinks like Jesus. The 2 are in conflict. The fleshly mind always thinks of what is best for self. Your spirit mind thinks of what is good for others. The shift is big and changes your outlook on life. You can only do this because you are secure in Him. Every child needs a secure base from which to launch out into the world. An insecure base leads to insecurity in relationships and the course of your life. The more secure you feel the more risks you will take. Jesus went against the thinking of the scribes and the Pharisees. This upset them but he was interested only in speaking the truth in love. He listened to what His Father had to say and He did what He saw His Father in heaven doing. This is how you operate in the spirit. Always listen to the Father and see with your spiritual eyes and you will do what you see. What a powerful change will occur. This is what it means to be transformed by the renewal of your mind.

CREATED FOR A PURPOSE

Bless the Lord oh my soul and all that is within me bless His holy Name. How good is the Lord? He is so good that even the stones want to praise Him. He is Almighty God and there is nothing too difficult for Him. He created you for a purpose and it is your responsibility to find it and do it. All you need to do is to choose to follow Him. He has given you a free will and therefore you can choose to do your own will or His will. He is a Father and therefore will not impose on you. Jesus could choose to avoid the Cross but He prayed 'Not my will but yours be done'. This should be your prayer too. This means when you come to the cross roads of life, you have to decide to carry your cross, which means dying to your will. The Kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy. The only way to experience this is to carry your cross daily and by this means to die to self. Respect others beliefs but still share your faith. If you don't share how will they know? The Holy Spirit will open their eyes to the Truth when you share from your heart. Don't get into arguments for reason will not convict. Only faith will convict and convert. The sword will not change hearts so don't worry when you are threatened. Now I have set you free from all burdens of the flesh and the world. You are free to be. I will use my freedom to preach Christ.

FOLLOW JESUS AND RECEIVE ETERNAL LIFE

It is His presence that makes all the difference for the children of God. We are all God's children not the devil's. We were created in His image, male and female. However we were born in sin. This is why we need to be cleansed in the only remedy for sin, the blood of Jesus. This is why all have access to God and can teach and preach about God but Jesus came to show the way to the Father. There is only one God and the others are liars. Satan will counterfeit everything that was created. His counterfeit is to deceive the world into his kingdom of lies and death. A lie will lead to death. Believe the lie and death will become your end. Believe the truth, Jesus, and life will be your portion. Jesus came to give life and that abundant. Yet many choose to follow the lie then life. Many live in the realm of reason rather then faith. The technological age trusts technology rather then God. There is an answer for everything man faces but is the answer giving life. Temporary solutions will not lead to life. It lessens the blow of the situation but never results in life. Eternal life is from God and only God can give it. Man can extend his life on earth but he will surely die. Do you have the solution to eternal life? If not look to Jesus and receive His life which is eternal. I have chosen to follow Jesus and His presence is everything to me.

SPIRIT OF JESUS

Great is thy faithfulness O Lord, my God and my Creator. Your goodness surrounds me all the days of my life. Even when I feel hard done, yet you are faithful and true. There is no one like you. Who can fathom the depth of your love. You give beauty for ashes. Great are you and greatly to be praised. My lips will sing your praises. Gratefulness nourishes the heart and strengthens my soul. Your Spirit in me makes me whole. The Spirit of Jesus has come now to help me in my time of need. He comforts me and helps me comfort others. How great it is to know that I have a Helper. He is the very Spirit of Jesus. The saints of old only knew of God's Spirit. The Holy Spirit came upon Jesus. Now the Spirit of Jesus who was with Him during his walk on earth has been sent to abide in me. What a royal anointing is this that the very Spirit of Jesus dwells in me. This was possible only because Jesus ascended to heaven. Now it is possible for Him to minister through me just as He did when Jesus was on earth as a human being. He is now a heavenly being and in Him are all things. His Spirit in me is my hope of glory just as Jesus experienced it. Now all I have to do is to walk in Him and trust Him for everything I need.

HIS RHEMA WORD

God's now word is His rhema word. This is His saying word and doing word. His rhema word performs what it says. His written word explains His truth. You need His rhema word to see the fruit of the word. The written word is like any other written word. When faith is mixed with His written word then it becomes His rhema word. However God is Spirit and He can communicate to you through His Spirit in you. When you connect with Him then His Spirit in you reveals His mind to you. Today heaven is opened to you. You have come into His presence in heaven. He touches you and anoints you and says, YOU ARE MY CHILD IN WHOM I AM WELL PLEASED. This is His rhema word to you. He knows the desires of your heart. He is always with you. You don't have to look for angelic visitations for His angels are with you. You have experienced them and now you must trust them by faith. God wants you to walk by faith. Only those who do not believe need to see. Seeing is an illusion. However faith in the unknown is eternal. When you have that child like faith to trust then you can ask for anything and it will come to you. His word is sent to perform and not to destroy. So come Lord Jesus and perform your word to me today.

THE SPIRIT ANOINTED PERSON

The Spirit anointed person lives a heavenly life on earth. He has no cares for he is living in the spirit. He lives on earth as one dead to the world. His flesh has no more power over him. He is like a dead man walking. Jesus walked like this on earth and therefore was sinless. It is the temptations of the flesh that make you sin. Now in the spirit you only experience love, joy and peace. You walk in the light of heaven. You experience His mind and emotions and your will is bent to serve Him. You have given up your vain imaginations and will only listen to the Spirit. All other opinions and wise counsel do not matter to you. You know who you are and where you are going. You live in the light of eternity. This kind of life will transform you as light transforms the darkness. Many will feel the light and be attracted to the light. Your whole being will be lightened and God's presence will be so real. His wisdom will guide you and many things will be revealed to you. You will accept all things and be thankful. You live in the consciousness that God is in you and He is in control and not your circumstance. Praise God that He has provided a way of escape from this corrupt world. You will see with the eyes of the spirt and hear with ears of the spirit. Everything will be sanctified in your presence as light transforms the darkness. This is the word of the Lord.

FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS

Fix your eyes on Jesus. This is the only way to tune into flow and live the abundant life. His life in you is the source of your inheritance in Christ. He has all the resources in heaven available to you. As you fix your eyes on Jesus you will diminish and he will increase. You will realise that you cannot live His life in your strength but only His strength. You will become conscious of your own weakness and His strength to overcome your weakness. The more you decrease the more He will increase. All your desires will be His desires. Your desires will conform to His desires and you will fulfil His mission for you. Your life will be lived in faith and you will not walk by sight. You will see how your new life in Christ is easy as you walk in the Spirit. There will be less tension between your self and Christ in you. You will become like Jesus as you walk His life on earth. You will truly achieve great things in His Name. You will have no confidence in the flesh and all confidence in Him. You will be a influencer and not just a spectator. God can use you for His purposes. You will rise up on eagles wings and nothing formed against you will prosper. Therefore be glad and rejoice in His salvation.

DISCIPLESHIP

Discipleship is costly. Following Jesus is costly. The main cost is to your self. The self that rules your life will need to surrender. This means surrendering your identity. Jesus said in Luke 14:33 that we have to leave all and follow Him. The call is the same today as it was then. It is 100% and nothing less. You cannot do it in your own strength. You will find that your mind will say yes but your heart will say no. It has to be a heart decision. Everything to do with the walk of faith is a heart decision. The mind will follow the heart and not the other way round. For too long you have tried to walk by faith by following your mind. Your mind reasons, your heart intuits. In the core of your being it is your heart that decides. Heart decisions are always what matters. When troubles come your mind will waver but your heart will remain steady for it is fixed on eternal values and not on circumstances. Jesus always addressed heart issues not mind issues. The opinions of man all revolve around the issues of reason. Some reasons are valid and true but do not produce life. God's word produces life for it changes the heart and heals. When there is real heart change then the mind is renewed and transformation occurs. Many have failed in their walk because they have tried to walk by reason rather then by faith. So today walk by faith and not by sight.

HEART CHANGE

The heart is the place for reformation. A heart reformation leads to life reformation. No heart change leads to no change. A change in persona does not mean a heart change. I can act differently but my heart is still the same. This is why we were given a new heart and in our new heart a new Spirit. This is creation through revelation. It is a spiritual regeneration. However we are still in our flesh. Now we live in this temporary house, our body. However our spirit lives forever. Now our spirit is limited by our body but one day we will be free from this body. Till then we will live in the body but walk in the spirit. Walking in the spirit is to walk by faith in the new life. The Holy Spirit directs us with words and pictures and emotions. This walk then translates into a new lifestyle which is Kingdom lifestyle. I am in the world but not of the world. The world and its attractions are no more a attraction to me. My mind is in heaven and so is my heart. I am seated in heavenly places with Christ Jesus but my feet are on the ground. Everything I touch has a heavenly touch and heaven invades earth. I bring heaven to earth by my presence because He lives in me. This consciousness will result in holiness. I will not entertain any evil thoughts or feelings. I will direct them all to the Cross to be slain. I live in the finished work of Christ on the Cross. I live by grace and walk by faith. This is the abundant life Christ promised now and forever. Heaven on earth is my inheritance.

SUBMISSION

Appearances are deceptive. Therefore do not judge by appearances. Just like a chameleon, appearances can change depending on the context. This is part of the human dilemma. One wants to project a genuine picture but defences keep the real you hidden. When you become transparent then you become vulnerable. Yet in the Spirit you can be transparent and vulnerable and still stand. You are no more in charge but God is in charge. This is a process and it is a journey of death to self that enables the Spirit to come forth through you. Many want a quick fix but in Christ there is no quick fix. Your journey is for eternity and time is not a factor. Some get through faster then others only because they are ready to die faster. Those who have accumulated a wealth of resources and are independent of God will find the letting go harder. God is at work in them. It is better to surrender then to allow God to send crises to bend you to submission. Submission is easy when the will is willing to bend to the Spirit. Ultimately God has allowed you to decide which way you want to go. God is patient but He will not force submission. Submission must be willingly done otherwise it is not true submission. It is the submission of the heart and not the head that counts. God is always after your heart because this is what really matters. Many withhold a heart commitment although they think they are committed to His cause. Lord help me to surrender all to you.

WALK BY FAITH

Mighty is our God to save. A righteous man has great power with God. His prayers are answered. I am righteous only in Christ. My righteousness is like filthy rags. In Him alone can I claim righteousness. Without Him I am nothing. In Him I am a mighty warrior. Others will see and know. Because He is, I am. Whatever others may say in fear they will agree in secret. Therefore do not judge others by what they say. Their hearts may believe something else but their heads will say what they want others to see. This is the paradox man finds himself in. The similar state that Paul describes in Romans 7. The thing I want to do I don't do and the thing I don't want to do, I do. Who will save me from this state. Praise God in Christ I am free from this state. Now in Christ I can do what is right to do. When I do what is right then I am righteous. However I am aware of the war that is taking place in my members. I am prone to sin like everyone else. This is why I have to be conscious of God's presence all the time. Once I drift into unconsciousness then I am walking in sin. One is either God conscious or sin conscious. If I stop walking by faith then I am walking in sin, by sight. To not walk by faith is sin. Help me Lord to always be conscious of your presence, for outside your presence all I see is death.

PERSONAL GOD

Precious are the moments with the Lord. He is Jehovah Jireh, my provider. He provides for me. Man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. His word is so needed for the nourishment of the spirit. Your spirit and soul are nourished through His word. Without His word you can't feed your spirit. His Spirit in you will reveal His rhema word to you. It is His rhema word that brings life. Hs word is only bread to those who can see. To see you have to believe. This is a heart belief and not a head belief. One uses your head to decide but with the heart one believes to salvation. You need your brain to process information but only through your heart can you believe. This is why emotions are so crucial to belief. When you experience His word you are connecting at an emotional level to a real person. Jesus connected with His disciples and made Himself known to them. Now He connects with you through His Spirit and makes Himself known to you personally. His written word is an account of His dealings through people like you and me. Now He does the same with you and me and you write a new epistle of His dealings with you. His dealings with you are His acts through you.

FAITH FILLED, FEAR FREE LIVING

Fear is a paralysing emotion and the main tactic of the devil. When fear enters the heart it gives the devil a foothold to create havoc. The only way to dispel fear is through faith. Fear imprisons you to a way of thinking and feeling that boxes you in. It does not allow other information to enter and therefore you are convinced that what you feel is real. However fear is never real for it is an emotion or feeling. It senses danger and is in a state of fight or flight. We need to be alert to danger but most of the fears we entertain are not real but due to misinformation. When the correct information is received then the fear dissipates. When you have had one bad experience then the only way to overcome, is to replace this with a good experience. Fear and other emotions have a powerful way of imprinting in your mind that experience. Layers of bad experiences result in distorting your perception of the world and of yourself. Any threat to you then is exaggerated by your past experience. The only way to overcome fear is through faith. Faith faces your fears and fights it, till you overcome. You are no more an undertaker but a overcomer. This is the way men of faith overcame giants and reaped rewards. The only way you can move forward is by faith. Take the risk today and launch out in faith and see your fears diminish in Jesus Name.

IN HIS PRESENCE IS LIFE

Blessed is the man who trusts in the Lord and not in his own strength. The Lord is good and His banner over me is love. The Lord calls those who belong to Him. There is nothing that can stop Him because He is God. He is above all and when we tap into Him we are tapping into the realm of His presence. His presence is above all. In His presence is life everlasting. You have experienced a little of this but one day you will be in His presence all the time. To be in Him is to be away from this world. This world is not your home. Your home is in heaven and that is your abiding place. It seems a contradiction that you call earth home when really heaven is your real home. You will ache till you are home in heaven. Down here you will experience glimpses of heaven. One day you will be in heaven. Heaven can only be experienced in the spirit. God is spirit and there is no other way of experiencing God then in the spirit. This is why you cannot experience Him in the flesh. In the spirit you will experience the real meaning of life. In the flesh you experience only a illusion of what is real.

WALK IN THE SPIRIT

The Spirit is in you and has a mind that is different from your mind. The mind of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, faithfulness, goodness, gentleness and self control. Your mind is fleshly and therefore needs to come under the command of the mind of the Spirit. When you walk in the Spirit then His mind is in control. When you walk in the flesh then your mind is in control. The 2 minds are in conflict because one is centred on self and the other is in Christ. This is the warfare that is fought in your mind. Demons attach themselves to your fleshly mind and stir up jealousy and envy and pride. The lusts of the eyes and the lusts of the flesh work together with demons to keep you from walking fully in the Spirit. In the Spirit the gifts of the Spirit also flow out freely. Therefore when you walk in the Spirit the fruits and gifts of the Spirit should be evidenced. The lack of the fruits and gifts of the Spirit is due to a walk mainly in the flesh. This is why only death to self can enable you to walk fully in the Spirit.

APPLICATION

Application is the key to receiving from God. Failure to apply what you already know results in weakness. To be strong in the spirit you have to apply His Word. Application means putting into practice. When God commands us to love each other then that means we need to respect and serve others. There is no other way to love then the way Jesus loves, by laying down my life for another. I did not deserve this as I am a sinner but Jesus still died for me. His death is the reason for my life and His resurrection life now keeps me alive. This is how Jesus walked His talk. Talk only tickles the ears. It is when you walk the talk that it brings life to others. You maybe satisfied with your life but it is only when you share it with others that it becomes bread to others. Your life in isolation is no good to others. So also the treasure you have within needs to be shared for it to bring forth fruit. A seed not sown will not bear fruit. His Word spoken out in faith delivers much. The Holy Spirit in you will anoint your words to plant seeds of faith that will grow and bear fruit. Your responsibility is to sow. The Spirit will water and give growth to it. Therefore walk your talk and see abundance flow through you.

HEART COMMUNION

The heart of man is deprived because man has lost the art of communicating in the spirit. The Spirit communicates through pictures and makes the heart feel His presence. When you communicate facts rather then feelings then the heart does not comprehend. The language of the heart is intimate and arouses warm feelings. This is why good communicators are able to talk in pictures. They arouse pictures in you that communicate a message to the heart. Jesus taught using parables to illustrate the Kingdom of God. These parables were based on practical examples like the widow's mite and the prodigal son. They described a scene that resulted in a appreciation of the lesson. So also when you illustrate through pictures you are able to describe in words and communicate  your desires and wishes to another. When you lose heart you become deprived and enter into despair. Many try to fill their need for an empty heart through things and intellectual pursuits. These are all distractions. A spirit filled man fills his heart with spirit filled thoughts and feelings that enrich his soul. An enriched soul will be generous. It will love like Jesus loved by giving up His life for me. A love starved world will turn to any ism that promises to fill the need. Therefore love and reach out to those in need and let the spirit fill the need through you.

FAITH BASED ON EVIDENCE

Faith believes the impossible is possible. Faith rests in the fact that God is real and is present to help you. Faith denies the facts before you because it rests its case in God. God has said so must be its logo. This is not blind faith but faith based on evidence of God's dealings with man. What has been proved by millions is now handed down to you. Blind faith is not based on evidence. The Bible is God's evidence of His dealings with man. His dealings with Israel is to demonstrate His power and authority over all creation. Man is limited to his 3 dimensional world. God is in the 4th dimension and sees from above. It is like having a aerial view of a city rather then a view of what is before you. A study of a mass in detail is different from a study of the whole. The whole is much more complex and this where science is limited in its theories. God created the worlds and that is the only explanation that has stood the test of time. Now your belief in this will change the way you deal with His creation. Now you will see all things working together for good rather then be in despair over one small upset. You will contend with evil as a warrior for God rather then submit to evil. What is not of the light is evil and of darkness. Therefore walk in the light as He is in the light.

LIFE IS TRANSIENT

God is at work in you and all you need to do is to surrender all to Him. Your fall is a warning of how transient life is. One fall can kill you. In a split second everything can change. From being healthy and wealthy to being a vegetable. This is how transient life is. As long as you have health you think all is well. However there are millions who suffer lack and still live. They live on basic food and water. You have deluded yourself to living a secure life but warnings come to wake you up from your slumber. In God is our only hope. He sends His angels to protect us. He is so close to you that if you could see. you would marvel at the hosts of angels that surround you day and night. Evil is only restrained because of His restraining hand. Once He lifts His hand all will perish. So walk circumspectly and do not give in to the urges of the flesh. Be prepared to die any moment for life is so transient. Rejoice always and be glad for the Creator of the world lives in you.

DESPAIR

Happy is the man who trusts in the Lord and does not despair. Despair is the beginning stage of depression. Despair means that you are headed for failure. When you trust in the Lord then despair turns to joy. In Him who has seen you through all the challenges to this day is able to see you through the next challenge as well. Triumphant faith keeps looking ahead and not behind. What you have achieved is worthy of praise but what is ahead is even better. Many are able to praise God for what was but few can praise Him for what is and will be. Praising God for what will be is to expect the best. He has only the best for you. You can quench all the enemies fiery darts through praising Him. You will lack nothing. Because you trust in Him, therefore your trust will turn to joy. Joy comes in the morning after the depression of the day. Always expect God to come through for you even in the darkest of times. It is your faith that will enable you to do so.

DISCERNMENT

Discernment is a gift that is essential in these days. The Word of God is sharper then any 2 edged sword piercing between the soul and the spirit. It is a discerner of thoughts. Many are trapped these days by illusions of the real. This is the counterfeit gospel. The gospel is the power of God unto salvation. It has the power to save. The counterfeit gospel based on human values has no power to save. It is a feel good gospel. It rationalises sin and makes it acceptable by defining it as low self esteem. There is no need for the death of Christ to save people with low self esteem. All they need is some positive psychology. Sin is death and only a Saviour can save us from death. Jesus did this by dying on the Cross in our place and redeemed us from the curse of original sin. This curse has tarnished our psyche to the extent that we cope with this through deluding ourselves that we are better then the other. This relative stance only leads to a decline in moral values and a raping of man from his true destiny. Our true destiny is in God and for eternity in heaven. However the popular gospel that is preached is a feel good gospel for today. When sin is called by other names, then death will prevail. You can clothe death by other names but the end is still death. The only true answer to death is Jesus Christ who defeated death on the Cross for you and for me. Now we are saved for eternal life.

THE CROSS IS COSTLY

The powers of darkness are rising at this time as the end of the age nears. Men will be deluded by the forces of darkness and compromise will prevail. In every area of life, even in church, watch out for the spirit of compromise. Fleshly messages will be spoken from the pulpits. Messages to tickle the ears and not for the heart. The Cross will be despised and the gospel watered down to be good stories rather then lessons to be learnt. All across society the values that have kept the family and biblical values will be attacked. Like a frog in slowly heated water will acclimatise to the surroundings so will the church acclimatise to the world and be destroyed. Only the few will hold on till the end. Fight the good fight of faith and let your life be counted for the gospel. Are you ready to die for it? If not, you too are just a number in the masses that are going for the ride and will compromise. The flesh will refuse to die and will try to wiggle out of situations that will cost you. Have you counted the cost in following Jesus. Many who follow Him today will fall out because they followed Him for fleshly gains. The Cross is costly and will demand complete surrender. You can only do this in the spirit. Be filled in the Spirit and never lose sight of the goal of your faith, to glorify Him.

VICTIM MENTALITY

A victim mentality leads to always reacting to situations and people. Your world view is tarnished as one sees oneself as a victim. You are always on guard and sensitive to situations that may result in victimisation. You don't realise that it is your perceptions that distort the situation which results in your reactions. It is like a self fulfilling prophecy. You prejudge the person or situation and therefore react accordingly. When you judge a person or situation before getting the facts then this is what happens. A bully is only a bully in a certain context. The bully maybe a victim in a different context. Therefore do not allow your victim mentality to dictate your responses. Change it by living in the know and not in the assumed. To assume is to allow any thoughts and feelings to do with your own mental state to influence what is. What is , is neutral till you judge the situation. A half glass of water can be judged as half empty or half full depending on your mental state. When you maintain a neutral position then you will be less likely to prejudge a person or situation. Many get into trouble by making false assumptions. They then have to correct themselves once they know the facts. Neutrality in relationships enables you to relate more healthily. We are all sinners and therefore why judge another when you remain judged. You only need to judge another when you are pure and sinless. This is hypocrisy. Many box themselves due to prejudging persons and situations. You only need to judge to protect yourself. This gives you a false sense of security and esteem. Each one needs to take responsibility for their thoughts and actions. Therefore stop judging others and judge yourself first.

NEVER GIVE UP HOPE

Never give up hope and always be led by the Spirit. This is the only way to win the war. Giving up is like saying there is no hope and there is no God. Hope is what keeps faith alive. Without hope there is no meaning and purpose to life. We are all going to die one day. What hope is there in death? No hope, for that is the end and is a certain fact of life. However God provides an answer which is resurrection from the dead. He proved it through Jesus who died and rose again. Now what greater hope do you need then this? He is a fact of history and all things are ordained by Him, even life and death. Therefore when you connect with Him, you connect with life, not death. He has overcome death and the devil and disease and disorder. He is the beginning and the end. He has no beginning and no end. We are time limited but He is not as He is eternal. When you commune with the eternal then the eternal becomes you.This is the inheritance you have when you are one with Him.

HIS WAY

Prepare for the days ahead are going to be challenging. Many will turn away from following the way and will choose to compromise. Compromise promises much but delivers nothing. It is His way or no way. Christ calling is high and only a few walk in it. You have been called to walk in His way. This is your calling. He is preparing you for this walk daily. Draw close to Him and He will draw close to you. It is nothing to Him to draw close to you. He is always willing for He loves to draw close to you. In Him you are safe from the challenges of the day. The challenges are not external but internal. You are attacked in your thought life. When you distance yourself from your thoughts then you enter into the spirit. Thoughts are a illusion of the real. They are not real so why identify with them. Distance yourself from them and be still and know that He is God. In this way you will walk in the spirit and not in the flesh. Walking in the spirit is to walk with Him. Now you are free from the demands of your thoughts. Your thoughts want your attention but they are futile. They only want your attention so that you miss His attention. In His presence those thoughts have no power over you. Come now and be present in Him and see how your walk and talk become like His.

SPIRITUAL WARFARE

The Kingdom of heaven suffers violence and the violent take it by force. Matt11:12.

As it was in the days of John the Baptist and Jesus so also now the gospel is being preached and is being attacked. The gospel is the fire of God and it turns the sinner into a saint. How powerful is that? The kingdom of darkness will resist this and it will attack every claim that it makes. Today we see this in every area of life. The gospel is the power of God unto salvation to all those who believe. God's power will topple every principality and power. It is the power of God that will save you. No other power can save you. When you see His power you will desire it and leave all to claim it as your own. Satan and his minions will resist you all the way. This is why you need to fight for the kingdom of God in His power. You cannot do it in your own strength. You have to align yourself with His power. This is achieved through fasting and prayer. In the Spirit you will be able to take the Kingdom of heaven by force. All the benefits of the Kingdom are yours but you must claim it by force. The force here is not a physical force but a determined and ernest desire to obtain all that you are destined to have. The enemy will try to rob you of these things but you have to fight him in the Name of Jesus. This is spiritual warfare.

IN THE SPIRIT

Apply yourself to His Word and to prayer and see your life blossom. His Word is the key to entrance into the holy of holies. His Word has power to change hearts. The holy of holies symbolises the heart. The outer court is the soul. When you remain in the outer court you will struggle to get near to God. It is in the holy of holies that God is present. It is like visiting your friend but remaining outside his house. It is when you enter inside the house that you really feel the difference. God wants you to commune with Him inside the house where He dwells. Outside the house is only for people who want to see what is happening and not be part of what is happening. One is a spectator and the other is a participant. Close communion with Jesus is the only way to live an abundant life. Inside the house you will operate in the spirit and not in the flesh. When you operate in the spirit your walk and your talk is in a different dimension. This is a daily walk. As long as you are in the spirit you are protected from the flesh and the devil. Therefore choose to be filled in the Spirit and to walk by the Spirit.

GOD ANSWERS

How good God is to be available at any time I call on Him. He is never slack and He answers your prayers. They may not come the way you wish but His answer is the best. Therefore I can rest and not fear because I know he holds me in the palm of His hand. What a assurance we have in Jesus that he will never fail us nor forsake us. He is a ever present living God who is not silent. He talks to me and walks with me along life's narrow way. He is my constant companion right now and for eternity. Who else do I need on earth or in heaven for He is with me. I will rejoice at all times because He takes the good and the bad and makes a tapestry of glory. I will trust in Him and not in my flesh which will die one day. My spirit will go on and live life into eternity. I will bless the Lord at all times and in His Name I am a conqueror.

THE GRACE OF GOD IS THE LOVE OF GOD

The grace of God is the love of God. Both are unconditional. How good is this? I am a testament to His grace. I just marvel at what God has done and enabled me to live life in its fullness. I would not exchange my life for anything. I have been blessed so much and I can think of nothing but the grace of God that has made it so. If this is life on earth what can I expect in heaven? The trials and tribulations are nothing compared to the blessings I have had and will have. I thank God through Jesus Christ who has blessed me with His grace and kindness. Now all I can do is just live in thanksgiving. I so appreciate His kindness towards me and I live each day in thanksgiving. It is so good to be thankful. He blesses me with daily manna. I am refreshed and made whole in Him. His thoughts flow freely through me and His Spirit makes it so. Now I know I can rely on Him for everything. Therefore I will rejoice and be glad.

WALK BY FAITH

The walk of faith is the walk of love. God made you to walk by faith because you have to trust in Him who is unseen. You trust Him even though you don't see Him. This is faith. You believe He is because you know Him in your heart. The world will not believe because they can't see and are blind. You see because your eyes of faith see. You walk by faith and not by sight. The sight you have is a spiritual sight. When you see by faith then you know what is beyond the veil. The veil hides mysteries unseen. Now you have access to what God sees and so your walk is different. You are not led by your earthly senses but by your spiritual senses. This is the difference between your walk and the walk of the world. Now you hate the things the world loves. You are an alien wandering in this world till you enter the heavenly world which is your real home.

SEPARATION OF SPIRIT FROM THE FLESH

As you are able to separate the flesh(body and soul) from the Spirit so are you able to discern the spirits that oppress you from your flesh.  The spirits will masquerade under the guise of your flesh to oppress you. When the Holy Spirit has control of you then you are able to bind them and their works. The only way to deal with the flesh is to die to it. This will cancel the possibility of giving the spirits a landing place to operate from. The spirits operate through the lusts of the flesh. Now with the separation you will be able to discern rightly and therefore command the spirits to go in Jesus Name. This is spiritual warfare. A christian can be duped to think everything is well as long as he is blind to the spirit world. The spirit world is real and only those who are spiritually aware are able to see. Once you begin to see then you will be alert to the devices of the demonic realm. This then will cause you to depend more on the Holy Spirit and less on your flesh. This separation is what will lead to your advancement in things of the Spirit. Without this separation you will struggle to live a life in the Spirit. This is why so many are sick and tired and luke warm. Arise and be bold and do not give into the appetites of your flesh. Overcome through the Holy Spirit and you will be a overcomer.

CULTURAL CONTEXT OF THE GOSPEL

How much does culture influence the way the gospel is proclaimed and lived? Culture plays such a significant role in our lives and preaching the gospel must be in line with the culture of the place. A western gospel cannot be preached in a eastern culture and will be rejected. The gospel has to be in line with cultural beliefs. But what if the cultural beliefs are in conflict with the tenant of the gospel? Then those beliefs must be changed. If there is a dissonance between your beliefs and the gospel then your beliefs will have to change. How you do things maybe different but the principles of the gospel must be upheld. This is the area where people will struggle. If they don't work through this then the gospel will be like a law. To ground the gospel in the context of your life it has to be culturally congruent. The gospel was written in the context of the middle eastern setting. It is not culturally sensitive. When it is made culturally sensitive then it becomes real. One can understand the principles but these need to be translated to the context you are in to make sense. So also in every area of your life when there is conflict between your beliefs and your context then it is time to work through it and apply it to fit the context. The gospel lived out in India will be different from the gospel lived out in the West. Failure to appreciate this is what leads to failure. Exporting a westernised version of the gospel will fail as it will conflict with the social structures and beliefs of the east.

SPIRITUAL SENSES

Behold the Lord is near and available to you at any time day and night. He is a counsellor and friend and a constant companion. He will never leave you or forsake you. His arms surround you and in Him is everlasting life. Why do so many ignore Him? Because they are blinded by the world and the incitements it provides. When you walk in the flesh you will be controlled by the flesh. In the Spirit you will be controlled by the Spirit. In the Spirit you can overcome all weaknesses of the flesh. This is why this is a spiritual battle when you become conscious of the Spirit. Many are not conscious of the spirit world. The spirit world can be sensed through your senses just as you sense the physical world. Tune your spiritual senses to sense the spirit world and see the difference. You can touch, see and hear in the spirit. This is why it is possible to touch the physical through the spirit. When you touch through the spirit a particular organ that organ begins to experience the touch. Healing flows through the spirit as you sense the movement of the spirit over a person's life. Exercise your spiritual senses and overcome all weaknesses of the flesh. You can because He can in you.

GOD USES MAN

The Lord is the maker of all things. He uses man to do His work. He created man and therefore He is able to use him for anything. He knows the heart of man and He can do anything to achieve His purposes. God sees the heart of man and knows those who are bound for hell. All who are bound for heaven will come to know His salvation. There is no dogma that will separate God from man. God is available to all. It is not based on class or religion. God calls those who are His to Himself. All you need to be is available to Him, to be His mouth piece for Him. When you are in the state of consciousness then you can be used at anytime anywhere. God is looking for willing vessels not organisations. Man is fixed on organisations to achieve ends. God works through supernatural ways and claims His own. Therefore do not be perturbed by happenings but be available at all times. Your destiny is assured. Those who hear His voice will come and be saved.

THE EGO

The ego needs conflict to survive. The ego feels death when thee is no conflict. It is alive only in conflict. Therefore if there is no conflict then it will create conflict. The ego defines itself through conflict. It is difference that leads to conflict. Therefore any difference keeps the ego alive. When you die to the ego then you deny its right to conflict. It is through conflict that the ego grows. The bigger the ego the bigger the conflicts. It is this that leads men to go to prison so that the ego does not destroy them. The ego can be destructive in conflict. Man has tried to assuage the ego by being proper. The propriety only hides the underlying conflict. Bring the conflcit into the open and see it for what it is, an ego battle. When the ego is faced with its conflictual nature then this is the beginning of its death. Death to the ego is the only way to salvation. The ego will strive to control to the end. It is a life and death struggle. You have been given the way of escape. In the Spirit you can overcome the ego. In the spirit you die to your ego.

END TO SLAVERY TO SIN

Captivated by His love I lie prostrate before Him. I have no other cause to live then for Him who gave Himself for me. A man who sacrifices his life for another is worth a life time of service. God knows the heart of man for He created man. Man can know God because he is His creation. I am because He is. I am one with God and He is one with me. We are together on this journey. There is no need for comparisons for He has chosen me for a particular task that only I can do. The challenges I need to face are just for me. Others go through their challenges fit for them. The greater the challenges the greater the victory. Therefore do not relent but persist in the task ahead for He is preparing you for abundance. Do not look to the right or the left but straight ahead. He has marked you for sainthood and it is right that you remain fixed in Him. Separate yourself from every negative thought and feeling and be united in love at all times. Love will not see the negative but only the positive. Love has learnt to die to the negative for it was all consumed at the Cross. There is no negativity that can stand in the presence of the Cross. Here all that was negative was cancelled as sin was cancelled at the Cross. Now you are free to be for the Cross has finished the work of slavery to sin. Amen.

KNOWING GOD AND KNOWING ABOUT HIM

When you read books or hear preachers you  can discern whether the person is talking about God or God. Knowing God personally is different from knowing about Him. God in the scriptures is a personal God who walked and talked with people. They have written about their personal encounters with God. Writing about God is just a copy of what it is to know God. When you know God then you talk about your personal journey with Him. When you know someone then you reveal it through your conversation. Knowing about someone is a projection of your own thoughts about that person. Therefore you are able to know and impart His Spirit when you know God. The knowledge that comes from a personal walk with God is different from a knowledge about Him. Knowing Him is to have life. Knowing about Him is like reading a book but not knowing what it really means. It is head knowledge versus heart knowledge. Paul decides to give up all his head knowledge and counted it as dung compared with the knowledge of knowing Him. The intimate knowledge of God results in a power and love that will move mountains. Seek after Him till you know Him and can feel His heart beat. This knowing is what will change the world.

2 MINDS

In the spirit or in the flesh. These are the 2 mind sets you can walk in. In the spirit is to be dead to the flesh and in the flesh is to be dead to the spirit. The 2 cannot walk together.This is why the Bible talks about being double minded. You cannot get anywhere by being double minded. It is in the spirit or in the flesh. Your conflicts are mainly due to walking in the flesh. These are internal conflicts that sometimes are externalised. The flesh is filled with greed, pride, jealousy and envy and affects relationship. The spirit mind is filled with love, joy and peace and affects relationships. Therefore choose which mind you will walk in. In the spirit you will not be affected by the desires of the flesh. In heaven you will walk always in the spirit. Therefore practice walking in the spirit on earth. Each time the flesh raises its head, kill it by reminding it of its fate. Never give in to those desires to steal, kill and destroy which are the works of darkness. Rather be prepared to lay down your life for another so that the peace of Christ may prevail.

WALKING WITH JESUS

Almighty God is waiting for you to commune with Him. He is a God of all ages and times. He is the God of the now and the hereafter. He is the Prince of peace. He lives forever and He is with you. He lives in you and is always with you. He does not visit but He abides in you. You are organically one with Him. This means that where you go He goes. He is always with you and will never leave you or forsake you. Hear Him and feel Him and see Him. This is how you get to know Him. He is with you and therefore you can know Him. In Jesus you have access to him. His Spirit communes with your spirit. When you walk in the spirit as He is in the Spirit you have fellowship with Him. This is how you grow in the spirit. You will lift up on eagles wings and you will run and not walk. The experience of walking with Him by faith will be like flying.

HEAVENLY MANNA

Heavenly manna awaits you as you look to God expectantly. He is willing to give but you must be willing to receive. His manna is fresh everyday and is delicious. It feeds your soul and quietens your mind. He is like a sweet smelling aroma and will refresh you. God's word is a now word. It goes forth to perform what it was sent for. Keep your mind fixed on Him and you will receive bounteous manna from Him. He is the light and in Him is no darkness. In Him all is light and there is no confusion. Your flesh will resist hearing from Him because your flesh seeks its own way. His way is the narrow way. It is straight not crooked and you will see into eternity. The flesh is short sighted and does not see into God's larger plan. The desires of your heart will be fulfilled as you seek Him and only Him. Come Holy Spirit and make my way straight that I may not falter and fall.

PEARL OF GREAT PRIZE

The pearl of great prize lives in you and so you are a person of great price. You are an earthen vessel in whom the King of Kings and Lord of Lords resides in His Spirit. Can you imagine the potential within you when you know this as fact. He is within you which is a different experience from being with you. People you know are with you and can walk beside you. However God has made it possible for Him to live within you. You are a spirit being and God's Holy Spirit lives within you. Jesus communed with His Father through His Spirit. You now can commune with the Father through His Spirit who lives within you. This is why Jesus said that you will be able to do greater things because He has gone to be with His Father in heaven. When Jesus was on earth He was limited by His human body. Now that He is in heaven He has unlimited ability to do things which He could not while on earth. Now you are His hands and feet and mouth to do His works. You can do anything He calls you to do because He lives in you.

SELF ACCEPTANCE

Self acceptance is the key to freedom from burdens. When you accept yourself, warts and all, then you are prepared to be the person you are. Anything else is a facade. When you put on a facade then you are labouring under the impressions of what other people think you are. This is a trap for other people do not think who you should be other then what you think they should think you should be. It finally comes to your own expectations of what you think other people want of you. This is to live under bondage of other's perception of you which is of your own making. Other people may not think anything of you but you impose this perception on them. This is why self acceptance frees you from this prison of your own making. Others may say things based on their perceptions of what you have displayed but it is their own interpretation or perception of what they see. You only know the real you. Only you can decide who you really are. You do this through self acceptance. You did not choose the colour of your skin or your parents or the country of your birth. However you choose how you market yourself. You choose how you will respond or react. Self acceptance frees you from being the slave of others and cuts you free from soul ties that bind you to others. You are free to be you and not a creation of what others demand. Accept yourself in Christ and lay all your burdens on Him and be free.

OBEDIENCE

The Lord reveals His plans little by little as you walk in obedience. It is obedience that results in more being revealed. What is the point in revelations if there is no obedience. You can know a lot but what is the point if you fail to do what is revealed. It is in the doing that faith is exercised and not just in the knowing. Many know a lot but only a few do. Many followed Jesus but only a few obeyed. It is obedience that results in salvation. Jesus told the rich young ruler to sell all to the poor. He thought about this and turned away. So also be careful about having a lot of knowledge but failing to attain to your goal because of not doing what you know. Knowing and doing is the way to go in the walk of faith. What God reveals to you today, do.

THE POWER OF NOW

Presence of mind is presence in the now. Without presence you are in another world. Presence is what roots you in the now. The now is more real then the past or future. The now is the essence of life. When you live in the now you become present in all your being. To actively listen you have to be present. Then all your senses will open up and sense the present. Otherwise your senses become dulled and all you are aware of is a haze of senses. Sharpen your sense being by operating in the now. All your worries and cares will shade away as you operate in the now. The power of now is what gives you the experience of being. Now invite the Holy Spirit to enter the now with you and you  experience supernatural presence. Now you don't only have the your senses activated but also your spirit. The dual presence then enables you to do what you thought was impossible. Now what was impossible becomes possible. Jesus turned water into wine by inviting the Spirit into the equation. You too can do the same and see your world change from nothing to something.

FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS

Precious are the moments in the Lord. He is the Keeper of my soul and in Him I am safe and secure. I will fix my eyes on Jesus for He is the source of my life. In Him alone am I able to achieve the things he has planned for me to do. He gives me the unction to do and not to recluse. He is the Alpha and Omega of my faith. In Him alone is my glory. He has put His glory within me and I am privileged to be called His child. Morning and evening will come and go but in Him I am steady as a Rock. Therefore I will not fear my inner urges to destroy but in His ability to keep me safe. He gives me the wisdom I need to survive in the battle. The battle is in the minds of people. When you know the source of your strength then you will not give into the enemy from without. Therefore keep your eyes on Jesus and He will never fail you.

SPIRITUAL REALITY

Happy is the man who trusts in the Lord at all times. Pressures from within and without come and go but the man who trusts in the Lord will never fail. His anchor is the Lord who will keep Him in the shelter of His wings. What is seen and heard is an illusion. What you fantasise is an illusion of the mind. The real is often not seen and heard. The real is what is behind what is seen and heard. Spiritual realities are only discerned through the spirit. In the Spirit you will be able to overcome all the pressures that face you. You are a spirit being. Man appears to be dealing with issues but are not aware of the spiritual forces behind these issues. Bind the spirit of discord and confusion and set the captive free. A spiritual man will resort to his spiritual gifts rather then innate gifts. These gifts of the Spirit will open doors that were closed. The devil and his demons conspire to confuse and to destroy all who are for God. His ultimate plan is to destroy His church and claim victory by this. People of God must stand fast and not be deterred by his activities but remain firm to the end. God is in control and no man or beast can stop His plans for His people.

FAITH FILLED LIVING

Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. He is worthy of all honour and praise. HE BROUGHT ME TO HIS HIDING PLACE AND I AM HID IN HIM. HE KEEPS ME IN THE PALM OF HIS HANDS AND IN HIM I AM SECURE. BLESSED IS THE LORD WHO CALLS ALL WHO HUNGER AND THIRST FOR HIM. IN HIM ARE EVERLASTING WATERS THAT NEVER FAIL. I WILL BLESS THE LORD AND GIVE HIM ALL THE PRAISE. I CAN DEPEND ON HIM FOR HE GUIDES ME ALL DAY LONG. BLESSED ARE HIS PEOPLE WHO LOOK TO HIM FOR THEIR DAILY MANNA. MANNA FROM HEAVEN IS LIKE HONEY THAT TASTES GOOD AND IS GOOD FOR YOUR SOUL. HE PERFORMS MIRACLES IN MY MIDST TO PROVE THAT HE IS ALIVE. GOD CAN DO ANYTHING THROUGH YOU WHEN YOU LOOK TO HIM. WATCH THE WORD TILL IT IS PERFORMED. MANY RECEIVE A WORD BUT DO NOT WATCH OVER IT. FAITH IS BELIEVING TILL THE WORD COMES TO PASS. THIS IS FAITH FILLED LIVING. FEAR ALWAYS PUTS YOU DOWN. FAITH ALWAYS BUILDS YOU UP. THEREFORE WALK BY FAITH AND NOT BY FEAR.

ABIDING PLACE

God is good and His banner over me is love. I will praise Him all the days of my life. He is my everlasting source and in Him I am content. Blessed is the Name of the Lord and blessed are His ways. He knows the END from the beginning. His loving kindness surrounds me and I am eternally grateful. Gratitude is a mark of a sinner saved by grace. How wonderful to know that I dwell in heavenly places. The Lord is with me where ever I go. He comforts me and guides me. He is my head and I am in Him. Abiding in Him is the best place to be. In His presence is peace and tranquility. What joy is there in His presence. What more can I ask for He is mine and I am His. He is an everlasting Father and I an His child. God's plan is for all to come to Him and be His children. In Him I am made whole.

SPIRITS

Spirits are created beings that operate in the unseen world. There are good spirits and evil spirits. They both are created beings but one lot are of God and the other of Satan. These spirits invade the psyche of man and try and control them. There is a war going on in the heavenlies between these spirits. When a man of God is assailed by the evil spirits then God's spirit defends him. You are kept in Him and without Him you will be annihilated. Satan ill try and attack you but you are kept by His forces. The blood of Jesus protects you day and night. Satan will fight against souls being saved. Once you realise that the battle is in the heavenlies and not down below then you will pray more and be in the spirit more. You will put on the whole armour of God. You will discern the spiritual warfare in the heavenlies and join with God's forces to fight evil. God has given man authority on earth to fight for good. The forces of evil will use every disguise available to copy and masquerade as an angel of light. Be on guard for when the flesh takes over then you will be vulnerable to all these forces. Reckon yourself dead to self and you will not succumb to these forces of death.

BREATH

His presence is what makes the difference to your day. Knowing His presence with you will enable you to stay in the spirit all day. Come Holy Spirit and make me ever conscious of your presence. Your presence in me gives me life. Your breath is life to me. Every breath I take reminds me that I am alive. Every breath is life giving. Imagine how the spirit can breathe through you with your every breath. Breath of life breathe on me. I am alive because He lives in me. I have eternal life because His life is eternal. Death has no more power over me. I am hid in Him. He is my hiding place. I will live today to the full knowing He lives in me. I will enjoy this day because He has given me breath.

WALK IN HIS PRESENCE

The presence of the Lord is peace and love and joy. Where there is no presence there will be envy, jealousy and discord. InvIte His presence and see the atmosphere change. You carry His presence wherever you go. He lives in you and therefore when you are conscious of His presence He becomes consciously present. When you pray for healing be aware of His presence. His presence is the key to all things beautiful. In His presence you can enjoy heaven on earth. You don't have to have a high to experience His presence. His presence is always there but it is only when you become conscious of His presence that He becomes real to you. Nothing is ever impossible in His presence. Therefore invite Him today to be present in all your works. The ego will die in His presence. This is what it means to acknowledge Him as Lord. Most people are conscious of His presence only in a crisis. Walk with God and see a different quality of walk and talk.

WALK BY FAITH

His presence in you is the sure foundation of your faith. Without Him you are nothing. In Him you have the power of the Godhead within you. Now you are able to overcome the flesh and the devil because He lives in you. His home is in you. His address is in you. He has chosen to abide in you. This fact will enable you to overcome. Feel His presence as you, tune into His Spirit within you. All His gifts and fruits are operative within you. All you need to do is to step out in faith and operate in the gifts. This is how it works. Without faith it is impossible to feel His presence and do His works. This is the difference between the flesh and the spirit. The flesh walks by sight while the spirit walks by faith. Now walk by faith and do not be distracted by the flesh. Revelational knowledge brings revelational breakthroughs.

LIVING FAITH

The Lord says that His will is for His people to have faith and not to waver. During these times many will lose heart and say where is God? God is near and He is listening to the cry of His people who are desperate for divine intervention. When faith rises then God will rise and come. God is welcomed where faith is strong. Faith is the key to divine intervention. Your prayers are being heard. Just keep the faith and do not waver. He is with you and goes before you. Exercise faith all the time for then you are depending on God and not on self. Self is ready to take over when things are going fine. No even in good times it is important to walk by faith. Faith will open your eyes to the minions who are interceding for the nations. God desires that all of creation is redeemed. Pray that the forces of evil will be stayed and that the forces of God will overcome during these end times. God's people must devote their time to prayer and not to worry. Worry is a sign of lack of faith. Faith beholds the end and rejoices in it now. Keep the end in mind. It is a victorious end.

YOU ARE A VICTOR IN CHRIST

Satan attacks in different ways. His most potent weapon is discouragement. He knows that by putting you down he can discourage you. He does this through giving you negative thoughts about you. If you are not alert then you will believe these thoughts and become discouraged. He will stop you from doing things that at one time you were enthusiastic about. Stay fixed on Jesus. He is the author and Finisher of your faith. He is the One who will accomplish all things for you. He said on the Cross , 'It is finished'. Satan does not like to hear this although he knows he is finished. We must hold on to this truth and not be distracted by temporary setbacks. In these times it is best to remain in the spirit rather then walk in the flesh. In the spirit you will remain steady and not be discouraged. When you look around you there are enough things to discourage you. You must remain fixed in Him. He will make you strong during times of weakness. In the spirit the devil cannot win for he will be reminded of his end. In the flesh the devil will be victorious for he knows how to attack you. Be strong and very courageous for you are a victor and not a victim.

GOD IS IN CONTROL

God is in control of days and events that happen in the world. The tsunamis and earthquakes are the signs of the earth crying out in desperation. It is the shaking that is going on in the heavenlies that is seen on the earth. More of this will happen in the last days as the days of Satan are numbered. It is only the spiritually aware will see these things and take action. All humanity is racing to destruction. Just as in the days of Noah there is vice and sin gone out of control. Man gives in to his base desires and becomes an animal in his longings. They lust after things and sensual pleasures dictate the day. There is no thought  for the future. All is now and never. God have mercy and bring forth His  justice at this time.

DEATH

Death reminds us that life is but a whisper. We are here one day and gone the next. All the petty troubles we face won't last for long. They all come and go. We need to stay strong in times of trouble for they will also pass. No point getting upset about these things for death will end them all. When you walk as a dead man then you are not troubled by the petty things of life. All these things will pass. The best way to handle trouble is to be dead to them. They are all part of the course of life. Where there is life there is joy and sadness. Like joy sadness will also pass. What a joy to know that we live for eternity and therefore we can face anything. All we need to attend to is our response to it. When our response is in love then this will heal all things thrown at us. Things happen and they need to be faced. Face them with joy knowing that this also will pass. Like all things a new day will dawn on you with fresh things to do and experience. Life without challenges will be so boring and pointless. It is the ups and downs that make life exciting. Therefore learn to welcome the ups and downs knowing that you are in the palm of His hand.

GOD IS IN CONTROL

Times and places are in my hands and no one has control over them. I determine the seasons and the times and supply what is needed when it is needed. I am in control even though man thinks he is. What a fallacy of man that he who is a creature can determine the times. You are in control only to the extent that you have control over certain things like the money you own. You can spend it but there is a limit to your spending. What is not yours you have no control over. When you realise that what you have can be removed from you then you have come to the realisation of the temporal nature of things you own and have control over. This realisation will propel you to seek for a higher cause for your existence. This is what makes man seek after God and spirituality. There is no other way for man to go when he comes to the end of the road. Death will stare him in his face and he will be powerless to do anything. The flesh will die but the spirit will live on. All that you see is temporary and all your attachments to these things should be likewise, temporary. Your only safe hiding place is in God. In this place you have the security and peace that no man can rob you of.

WALK LIKE JESUS

I want to be like Jesus. What does this mean? This means that you want the Holy Spirit who is the Spirit of Jesus to possess you. Jesus was full of the Holy Spirit. He was able to do what He saw His Father doing. He now says you can do the same and greater works because His Spirit dwells in you. Our puny minds can't comprehend this but those who dare to believe will see. Once you have tasted of the heavenlies then nothing earthly can have its sway over you. We exchange the temporal for the eternal when we walk in the flesh. In the Spirit we will always seek for the eternal. Today seek to be filled in His Spirit and you will walk like Jesus.

LIKE JESUS

How great to know that God actually lives in you. God has come to take residence in your heart by His Spirit. His Spirit dwells in you. The Spirit of Jesus dwells in you. If this is true then you should be reflecting His Spirit through you. Ask what spirit possesses me? If not the Holy Spirit then who is possessing me? The Holy Spirit indwells the human spirit. The human spirit was once dead but in Christ has been born again. Now the Holy Spirit has a dwelling place to dwell in. When the Holy Spirit is acknowledged then He will control you. If His presence is not acknowledged then your ego or human spirit is in control. The ego has to die as a living sacrifice for the Holy Spirit to have total control. This process of death comes as I choose to let go and let God rule in my life. It is not easy but the Holy Spirit will help me when I let Him take charge. All I need to do is say Come Holy Spirit and take charge. His Spirit will then take charge and your responses will be like Jesus. This is to be like Jesus. You are not controlled by outside forces or your ego. You feel at one with Him. Daily practice this and see your walk and talk become more like His.

TAP INTO THE ETERNAL

God is a visionary. He created the whole world through vision. He can see the end from the beginning. He formed the worlds by the word of His mouth. He formed you and established you. He knew you from the beginning. This is your God. You have the same ability as God as you were created in His image. Now you can create too out of nothing. This is how diseases are healed and new things are formed. We call it a mutation but it really is a new creation. So the whole world was formed but science can't believe it and therefore comes up with an alternative explanation. Explanations are alright if they are true.But most explanations are just opinions. Opinions change with the times. They are not fixed truths because they are based on what is known and not on what is unknown. This is where faith comes in and enables you to tap into the mysterious and make what is impossible, possible. It is this kind of faith God is looking for today. When you tap into the eternal then it becomes material in the now. This is what becomes substance. God became substance when He came in the form of Jesus and walked on earth. Today walk out your faith by tapping into the eternal.

MY ROCK

How good is the Lord that He takes care of His own. Troubles come and go but the Lord is the strength of my life. He is ever present in times of trouble to see you through it. He is a Comforter and Friend. He is present all the time. Even when you do not feel Him He is near. He is the silent witness in every conversation. He is the Alpha and Omega of your faith. It is your faith that connects you to Him. Without faith there is no connection with Him. Faith believes and decides that he is a loving Father. Faith does not let go but hangs on to the fact that He is. He is present and He is able to see me through all my troubles and at the end to stand. This is my God who promises and delivers. He is not like the wind that comes and goes. Rather He is like a Rock that withstands the winds and the storms and still stands. I am connected to the Rock of Ages and in him I will put my trust.

ANGELS

Watch and pray for the devil is watching who he can attack with his weapons of warfare. His weapons are spiritual and not carnal. He is a master in trickery and he will persuade you to give up the cause. You are not alone for His angels guard over you. The best place to be is in complete surrender to Him. In His presence you can be yourself. No need for masks for He is your rear guard. You only have to wear a mask to avoid the real. You can be real when you accept yourself and not have to be what others expect you to be. Now you can live freely for He who lives within you is greater then he who is outside. The enemy of your soul lives outside you and he cannot touch you for you are protected by His army of angels. They are the unseen agents whose job is to guide and protect you. They are the messengers that work night and day to bring you messages and deliver your requests to Him. They are ministering spirits that comfort and encourage. Therefore be bold and do not fear the evil one who can only make noise but is powerless otherwise. Jesus has finished the task and now you are free. Burdens are lifted at Calvary and so you have no more burdens to carry.

TRUE FREEDOM

What a blessing awaits those who wait on the Lord. The Lord is gracious and merciful, slow to anger and a lover of souls. Those who thirst for Him will find a place where their thirst will be quenched. Ask anything in my Name and I will do it. This word comes with a promise. Your faith must expect without doubting and that which you ask for will be received. Some have found the secret of faith touching heaven to receive the gift. All you have is a gift. You think you have earned it but really it is a gift. Once you realise this then you are free from what you think you have. You have nothing and this is the best way to live. I have nothing but He has everything and I belong to Him and therefore I have everything. No attachments to things but I can use things for the extension of His Kingdom. Enter into the riches of heaven. Do not be taken up with the world's system of government. Rather be in tune with His Kingdom and government and be free.

SECURITY

Heaven begins here despite all the stresses and pressures of life. The Kingdom of God is within you and therefore it does not matter where you are, you are always at home. Hallelujah for Our God reigns.

WORD BECOMES FLESH

The word of the Lord is sharper then any two edged sword. It can divide and separate that which is of the Lord and that which is of the flesh. It is a discerner of the soul. Therefore meditate on his word and see how your mind will get sharpened. The word of the Lord is spirit and life. There is life in the word. It is like a seed planted and when watered will produce fruit of its kind. When you need peace then meditate on words of peace. The peace of the Lord will fill you. It becomes flesh to you. This is what it means to flesh out His word. Unless the word becomes flesh it is not tangible. What is tangible is seen and felt. God created the worlds through His spoken word. He spoke and the worlds were formed. So also when you speak His word of peace then you will feel His peace. Your tongue is a creative force. It can create out of nothing, something.

ABIDE IN CHRIST

God is merciful and gracious yet a God of justice. He knows what you need to enable you to be the best. He will bring you to the place of total submission so that you may receive His best. The flesh will want to work it out in its own way. The Spirit will work through in His way. His way is not hard. His yoke is easy and His burden light. Yet you prefer to carry the burden of your life and do it your way. God will allow this till you come to the place of surrender. This is the place to be detached from all earthly attachments and be fully immersed in the Lord. This is the place of death to the flesh life. What freedom and release you experience when you come to this place of death. Yes death is the ultimate freedom you will experience of the flesh. This is why Paul said he would rather be in heaven then in the world. Those who faced trials in the flesh also want to be free and so are not afraid of death. Till then you have to daily choose to die that you may live. Die to the flesh and live in the spirit. This is the only way to abide in Christ.

HE LIVES IN YOU

You are the temple of the living God. You are His residence. God's address is you. Some ask, where is God? God says he lives within you. What a wonder is this? God is everywhere and He is also in you. This is incomprehensible, yet true. God is a personal God yet he is omniscient. We cannot reduce God to our terms and conditions. This is why man seeks for God in every nook and corner. Yet God says He lives within us. We can touch Him and feel Him. Today live in the consciousness of His presence within you. He is the Creator of the whole world yet he lives in you. Imagine the creative power you possess because He lives in you. Jesus could do the things He did because God was in Him. He was one with His Father. You are one with your Father in heaven. What potential resides in you. It only takes a shift in your thinking to realise this and be renewed and empowered by His eternal presence.

HIS PEACE

He will keep him in perfect peace who fixes his mind on Him because he trusts in Him. Isaiah 26:3. What a powerful verse in times of trouble. The mind will wander hither and thither but when I choose to fix my mind on Him then I will experience His peace. His peace passes all understanding for it is a deep peace that cannot be bought. Faith trusts in the Lord and His plans and not man's plans. His plans have been there from the beginning. All I am doing is living out His plans when my mind is fixed on Him. I cannot expect to fit into His plans when my mind is fixed on other things. I am here to fulfil His plans for my life. The devil will try and rob me of my inheritance but He will give me peace as I trust in Him. My mind is fixed on Him and He will guard and guide me to fulfil my destiny. My destiny is in him. I am complete in him. Therefore as long as my eyes are on Him there is no need to fear or be anxious. I experience His peace.

WALK IN THE CONSCIOUSNESS OF GOD

What a glorious God we have. He is beyond compare. He is a personal God and we have a relationship with Him like no other. He is with us all the time. Be conscious of His presence and rejoice. When you are conscious of His presence then you become conscious of His cleansing power. Walking in the Spirit you will be aware of the evil in this world. You will walk in the light as He is in the light. The darkness will not invade you. Many walk in darkness because they are unconscious of His presence. God is near and he desires to walk with you. However you are so taken up with yourself that you are unconscious of His presence except when you are in His presence. God is present all the time. You are absent most of the time.  This is why you walk in darkness and not in the light. Practice the conscious presence of God and see a difference in your talk and your walk. You become the voice of God when you walk in His presence. This is the way to walk in the light as He is in the light.

live by the word of god.

Either you can live by the word of God or live by the word of the world. You choose? The word of God is  not just a rule book but a spirit inspired word that will charge your spirit and bring life to your body and soul. It is like manna to the soul. You can feed on the rubbish the world offers and you will exhibit that rubbish in your life style. The world is driven by greed and greed will sap your energy. It will produce all kinds of disorders and disease. The word of God sanitises and cleanses you. It is like water that is poured over you. Wash your soul with the word of God and be cleansed in your inner parts. Faith in the word of God will produce a bountiful harvest.

FLOW

Precious is the Lord and His countenance shines through the day. He blesses you and showers His love over you. He knows what you need and as you enter into the holy of holies you become what He wants you to be. The Lord works through His Spirit and your spirit receives His touch. Your spirit then informs your mind and body of the same. Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. Flow occurs when you connect with Him. His ideas and thoughts flow through you. This is a different source of knowledge then the one you have learnt. Now you are getting comfortable with His source of knowledge and wisdom. You are growing on the inside and there is nothing that is going to stop you. Blessed be the Lord who gives freely to all who ask.

GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLE

Prepare for the Lord is coming soon. His coming is sooner for those who are dying. God's promises are true and they will come to pass in His time. His time is not our time. A day is like a thousand years to Him. In His presence there is no time or space. In His presence is eternal life. Eternal is never ending as there is no beginning. Trying to reason spiritual concepts is like reducing what is air to a thing. Like breath, spirit cannot be be held. Air can be captured in a bottle but that does not explain it. The wind blows but we do not know where it comes from or where it goes. Until we see God as one who encompasses all things we are limited by our own thinking. This is why those who believe must trust Him and not reason with Him. His ways are higher then our ways. Once we understand this then we will expand to a level of no limits. We limit God to our thinking and therefore reduce Him to our measure. God is without measure and therefore He is able to do the impossible things that contradict the laws of nature. He heals diseases and he raises dead people. He moves mountains and He saves people from disaster. God is able to do the impossible when you allow Him to.

HEART CONNECTION

Heart worship is different from head worship.Heart worship is deep and comes from within. It is like reading a book and experiencing what you read. Love is not just a word, it is to be experienced. You can't experience love by reading about it. You need to feel it. This is the difference. God so loved the world must become personal. God so loved me. I can experience God's love because He is real. All I need to do is believe. I believe and so I feel and I experience His love. My emotions are stirred up and I become love. My words and actions and behaviour become loving. What you read about in word becomes real to you. This is what it means to be born again. You experience His forgiveness and sense the peace and freedom He gives, when you repent and are set free. This is real and not just an experience. An internal change occurs. You sense His love and peace. Your whole being resonates with his love. When head knowledge becomes heart knowledge then you know what you know is deep. You know a person when you unite with him/her at a heart level. Head knowledge never delivers what you really need. It is the heart that connects and sustains relationships. Without heart involvement your experience is just letters and not substance.

INVEST IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Attachments to things diminishes your sensitivity to the spirit. This is why Jesus said it is very difficult for the rich to enter the Kingdom of God. Riches blind man to the spiritual world for all his needs can be met here. It is only the hungry who cry out to God for sustenance. The rich are not hungry and they are content with their lot in life. They have been blinded by the god of this world to their spiritual inheritance. Your spiritual inheritance in Christ is eternal. Therefore invest in the Kingdom of God and see how your investment grows. When you invest in love and joy and peace then these will grow. When you invest in things then these will grow. Patience grows in this when exercise patience. All the gifts and fruits of the Spirit are released as you invest in them. God is no debtor to man. He will multiply what is invested. When you give away then what you give away will be multiplied to you. This is the principle of the Kingdom. Make sure you give away a blessing and not a curse. What you sow you will reap. Bless all your works and see a multiplication in your blessings.

LIVE IN THE SPIRIT

Praise God who gives freely and blesses all who come to Him. You are such a loving God and you love your people and want them to have a full life. Yet the nature of man is such that conflict appears to be the rule of the day. Ego battles are common and the spirit is left behind. When the ego takes over then all sanity goes out of the window. The driving force behind every battle is a ego driven emotion. This fuels the conflict and the ego enjoys the fight. It is as if the ego thrives on conflict. The ego defines its existence through conflict. Without conflict the ego feels deserted and alone without an identity. Conflict appears to be the way the ego defines its territory. The spirit on the other hand thrives in love and peace. It denies the ego its rights. It lays down its life for the other. It desires to see others flourish then fail. These 2 opposite forces fight for attention. Only when the ego dies will the spirit be able to gain ascendence. Die to your ego and live in the spirit which is life abundant.

IN CHRIST

Prayer is your lifeline to God and to His gifts and fruits. All you have is from God. You need to live like that. When you get attached to things then you feel that you own things. Detachment means that you don't own anything. All you have is from God. Freely you have received, freely give. This is the place to be and this is the freedom that Christ promised. To be truly free from all these things is to be totally surrendered to God. Ultimately these things are just things to make you comfortable in this life. However this life is just a temporary journey and a stage in your eternal journey. This is why you need to keep your mind on things above, eternal and everlasting. When you keep your mind on eternal things then your life on earth will have a eternal quality to it. You don't think and feel like everybody else who is focussed on things temporal. Your goals and meaning for life changes and you become resilient and strong. Christ has bought your freedom. Now live like a saint and believe that all things are yours in Christ.

POSSESSED TO POSSESS

God is able to move mightily through you as you give all to Him. He is God and He will move as He hears the cries of His people. You must first believe that He is able. Then you must put your trust in Him. There is no other way to tap into His riches. God has promised riches abundant but His people are satisfied with the crumbs from His table. Why have a beggar mentality when you are a son? Shift your thinking and you will shift your destiny. You need to renew your mind and be transformed. There is so much in store for you. The timing is dependent on your shifting from one state to another. Those who take the shift will reap the rewards. Many are happy with their familiar state and therefore never change. Change comes as you step forth and claim your inheritance in Christ. Come Holy Spirit and possess me so that I can be a vessel of delight for you.

WORK WITH YOUR HEART

Purpose in your heart to serve the Lord with all your heart. Heart service is what God is after. Where your heartis not involved then you will only receive a head blessing. When you operate from your spirit then spiritual blessings will flow.A head belief results in a head answer. A heart belief results in a heart answer. Belief that is heart generated results in your whole being, being involved in an activity. Soul winning is a heart decision. It cannot be achieved through head knowledge. Many try to win souls through argument but it only results in head conversions. A true conversion is a heart conversion. Therefore work with your heart and decide with your head.

CRISES

The measure of a man is seen in times of crisis. A crisis brings out the best or worst in man. A crisis is a threat to your normal mundane life. In your normal life you feel you are in control although this is an illusion of control. In a crisis all your faculties come into action and are tested. Some break down in a crisis because their faculties fail them. They become disoriented and lost. Some go into a altered state of consciousness. Some may even die of shock. A feeling of numbness pervades your being. You have difficulty processing your thoughts. Then after a while your senses slowly become awakened. You begin to become time conscious while before time was suspended. You begin to make sense of what has happened. You take reparative action to stabilise yourself. You have to do it. The structures around you will support you but ultimately you have to cope. Many give up during this process and withdraw. Others will become chronically ill. Yet others will rise up stronger and more determined then ever. The whole process takes time and each individual is different. With God on your side you will be able to face anything at anytime.

PRAISE GOD

Praise God who supplies answers in my time of need. He is a Father who wants His children to be happy. His joy is deep and it refreshes like no other. In His courts are delights that satisfy like no other. Praise Him from whom all goodness flows. Satan is out to fool you. He will attack but God is your secure place. His angels will guard over you and protect you. His shield will protect you from the fiery darts of the enemy. Free flow of knowledge and wisdom will encapsulate you. In Him you will have manna for the day to feed you. In Him all your diseases will be healed. In Him alone is there righteousness and life. When your eyes fail you He will give you sight. When all leave you He will be beside you and comfort you. Therefore be filled in the spirit and led by His Spirit and you will conquer your enemies. Trust in the Lord and be bold.

JUDGEMENTS

Stay neutral to a situation and God can intervene. When you make a judgement you close the situation and bind it. When you keep it open then other forces can intervene. When you judge a person then that person is bound. When you lose the person from your judgements of him/her then you allow God to intervene. These judgements are passed towards each other to enable you to defend yourself. No one likes to be seen as inferior to another. When you judge a person it is usually negatively. Why? because this makes you superior to the other. This gives you a feeling of satisfaction. It is your ego's need to be above another that makes you do this. It is human nature to put a person down. All this is from the sin of pride. Being neutral enables you to entertain the positives about a person. Judgements always preclude aspects of a situation. You put your blinkers on through your judgements and thus bind the person or situation which will not change. Neutrality allows for other possibilities and therefore solutions.

LIFE IN THE SPIRIT

LIFE IS BUT A SPECK OF DUST IN THE OVERALL SCHEME OF CREATION. YET MAN THINKS HE IS THE CENTRE OF THE UNIVERSE. HOW BLIND AND DEAF CAN MAN BE THAT HE HAS LOST SIGHT OF THE UNIVERSE THAT SURROUNDS HIM. HE IS DELUDED BY HIS OWN INTELLIGENCE AND FAILS TO SEE THAT HE IS FROM DUST AND TO DUST HE WILL RETURN. ONLY WHEN A PERSON CONFRONTS THE REALITY OF DEATH WILL HE FIND HIMSELF. DEATH IS THE ONLY REALITY THERE IS, FOR LIFE WILL PASS AWAY SOME DAY. THIS IS A SOBER THOUGHT. WITHOUT DEATH THERE IS NO REALITY. THEREFORE MAN LIVES IN AN ILLUSION OF REALITY. SOME WHEN THEY ARE CONFRONTED WITH THE REALITY OF DEATH GIVE UP AND LIVE AS IF THERE IS NO TOMORROW. OTHERS BEGIN TO REASSESS THEIR PRIORITIES AND BECOME ALTRUISTIC. IN THE SPIRIT THERE IS NO DEATH BECAUSE THE SPIRIT LIVES ON AFTER THE EARTHLY BODY DIES. THIS IS THE REALM OF THE SPIRIT. IN THE SPIRIT YOU TOO CAN LIVE IN A REALITY THAT IS ABOVE THE SENSUAL. IN THIS REALITY YOU COMMUNE WITH GOD AND LIVE LIKE A MAN RAISED FROM THE DEAD. THIS IS THE REALITY JESUS OBTAINED FOR US WHO ACCEPT HIS LIFE. NOW WE CAN LIVE IN THIS REALITY DAILY TILL WE GO HOME TO BE WITH HIM IN HEAVEN. HEAVEN ON EARTH IS THE REALITY THAT CHRIST OBTAINED FOR US. WE LIVE IN THE SPIRIT AND FACE THE CHALLENGES OF LIFE IN THE SPIRIT. WE ARE SPIRIT BEINGS WALKING ON EARTH. THIS IS ABUNDANT LIFE.

TRUST IN THE LORD

Happy is the man who trusts in the Lord. He will have his barns full and overflowing. God is good and His goodness can be seen everywhere. What a great privilege it is to serve the Lord. He is a Comforter of souls. What comfort He gives to those who travail and are distressed. In Him is a hiding place where you will feel secure and blessed. Blessed are those who trust in Him and look to Him for comfort. How I love the Lord and he is the nourisher of my soul. In Him alone I will trust and in Him alone is my hope. My faith is in the Lord and in Him I am content. All the vicissitudes of life cannot take away His love and peace from me. Fear the Lord and live as if it is your last day. He can remove your breath in a second. Who is there but the Lord and He is the breath of life. I will praise Him and cherish Him all the days of my life. In His courts will I dwell and His praises sing.

HOW GREAT THOU ART

What a God we worship. He is the Creator of the sun, moon and stars. As we gaze up we will see His handiwork and marvel at His works. How great is our God and greatly to be praised. Yet He made man and came down in the form of man and dwelt among us. What an act of humility to identify with the state of man and then to be crucified for his sins. Now I identify with His sacrifice on the Cross and am free. What greater love can a man show for another but in laying down his life for another. Scripture verses will flow through you as you allow the Holy Spirit to speak through you. It is His word that changes things. Yes things visible and invisible. Speaking forth His Word in faith will change the very state of your environment. Permeate your environment with love and the seeds of hate will wither and die. Only love can heal a broken heart. There is no other remedy for the works of darkness. This is why God had to come down in the form of man. Hallelujah I want to shout to out from the mountain tops that our God reigns.

CLEANSING IN THE BLOOD

God is at work in you. All you need to do is tune in to Him. He is available to all who will call on Him, the sinner and the saint. God is not partial to anyone. He judges by the heart and not on behaviour. The heart of man is wicked and has to be cleansed from all its evil intentions. Only the blood of Jesus can cleanse a man's heart. Man can accommodate to his sins but there is no deliverance from it. Man has pursued ways to overcome but only the cleansing blood of Calvary can cleanse it. Therefore surrender your heart to Him and be cleansed. Once cleansed you will feel a different person. Your thoughts and feelings will be different. The sins of the fathers will infiltrate the children. Therefore the children need to be cleansed as much as the fathers. Parents have a responsibility to cleanse themselves as they will then be channels of cleansing for their children. The seed cleansed is a wholesome seed. Sin has infiltrated all areas of life. All the vessels in the house need to be cleansed. In the ever living blood applied by the Holy Spirit cleansing will be possible. Never under estimate the power of the Spirit to cleanse and make whole. Worthy is the Lamb that was slain for the sins of the world.

FREE WILL

God's purpose in all creation is to create a community of love and not hate. Without the challenge of hate there would not be a contrast that can give love a platform for change. Jesus lived in an environment where he caused hate to be seen that led to His death on the Cross. On the Cross He displayed true love by willingly surrendering His life. His blood then was available for the cleansing of mankind from every form of hatred. Yet man rejected this and preferred to love in their own strength. God supplies His strength but man prefers to live life without God. He hates God and blames Him for all the evil. Satan is not recognised as the author of all evil. God created Satan and therefore he is to be blamed. Yet God gave all creation free will to choose and they chose to live life apart from Him. Living your life apart from God is evil. This is what Lucifer chose to do. In doing this he chose evil over good. Today you can choose to live according to God's will or your will. The choice is yours. Evil is ready and willing to usurp the place meant for God. In God's Kingdom righteousness and peace will rule. In Satan's kingdom strife and hatred will reign. Today cleanse your vessels and be united with His Spirit and drive out all the demons that have usurped your temple.

GIVING UP SELF

Giving up things for God is easy. Giving up self is hard. The disciples gave up everything but it was only after the death on the Cross that they despaired of everything and gave up themselves. Despair is a good thing if it leads to giving up self. Despair is the state of utter helplessness when only God can rescue you. When you despair of yourself then you will be able to hear God more clearly. When all other voices have died because self no longer relies on them, then God can come through. Self keeps listening to these other voices because they support the egoic self. When self is given up, then there is no internal agent to support these other voices. God's voice then comes through clearly. This is the key to a closer walk with God. In unison you will hear His voice and then you will desire to hear no other voice but His voice. Self is dead to the world and the things of the world. All those things that attracted you at one time don't have a sway over you any more. You are dead in Christ. The life you now live, by faith in the Son of God, who loves you and gave His life up for you. This is abundant living in the Son. This is the road to heaven.

FIX YOUR EYES ON JESUS

Wisdom is given by God and it is wisdom that will guide your way. He is your wisdom. When you rely on Him who lives in you then He will guide you. Many things will happen around you but you must fix your mind on Jesus. When you fix your mind on Jesus then everything else will fall into place. This is a choice you have to make daily. This is like carrying your cross daily. Death to self is the only way to be happy in Jesus. The flesh is insecure and will want external things to feel secure. Your security is internal and in the spirit. Wherever you maybe your security comes in knowing Him and abiding in Him.There is no greater security then this. Praise God that He has chosen you to be His and now you can rest in His arms and be content. Contentment is a state of bliss. In it you will be able to surmount any mountain. The Lord is with you and His angels will guide you through each day. Blessed be the Name of the Lord.

GOD'S VOICE

The Lord is good and He will speak through you and think through you. When you walk in the fullness of the Spirit you will be aware of the sound of His voice. His voice is gentle and there is no pressure in it. His voice appears to be external to your own voice. It is as if a third person is speaking. This is how you know it is His voice. When you feel agitated and under pressure then it is a sign that it is not His voice. His voice is calm and gentle and there is no pressure to do. When you feel the pressure then it is time to wait and see rather then rush into doing things. How good it is to know that He will commune with you at all times. When you don't hear Him and He appears to be silent then too is time to wait. He will come through at the right time. Wait and let Him lead you. You have surrendered all to Him and now you can sit back and rest. He has you in the palm of His hand. Rest in this position and you will feel His comfort and joy. The Lord is good and His mercy endures forever.
